The location, ambience, & cleanliness. 1.The deafening music in the Bar which was an assault on the ear drums. I will never go there again.

The staff were polite and friendly The location was good for our trip. we had to ask for them to change the pillow cases and refresh the bathroom supplies. The furniture was in poor repair. Drop lock inside was broken. These are just minor gripes... we enjoyed our stay overall.

I did like the location but rest all was a crap. The pictures in booking.com is a disguise and dont fall pray to that. The hotel is a filthy one. I stayed in the queen suite. exorbitant price and no value for money. The toilet was stinking, water all over the floor, The towels were not clean. The bedsheets and covers were filthy. The TV did not work. There were no drinking water available unless I asked for it. I will not recommend this to any traveller. Please do not opt for this hotel, if you do so you will regret.

The moment I entered, the receiptionist asked me to pay advance in cash inspite of my booking reserved through your site and ensured with credit card. The corridors are dirty and smelly. The room was not clean including the bed sheet. Even plenty of mosquitos there to welcome their new guest. Killed my night stay and walked out very early morning next day.

1) Its at the centre of the city, which means you travel anywhere in the city, you can reach back to this hotel with minimal time 1) Rooms and corridors are not clen 2) Food is average including morning complementory breakfast 3) Lift stinks 4) Though i stayed in 'Queens Suit, facilities were not provided like mini bar.
