the price was really great value for money, and the location was bang in the center of the city, room was large and spacious and had the basic facilities

the carpets in the lobby , and the small things that matter like old towels , cement chipping of from the walls in the toilet, and things like that which stay in the mind..

Its a pretty efficient hotel; they allowed for a late check out;

In one of our rooms - there was some trash - that was left uncollected! Left a smell in the room overall; Also for double occupancy rooms, they should provide 2 keys

Friendly staff but requires a nudge. Hotel itself is OK the location is a bit undefined.

clean, affordable, 24 hrs check in -check out, great breakfast, prompt service.

One minor thing, the newspapers; they could have delivered the signature newspaper of Chennai.

the bathrooms were old fashioned with old bath accessories and water was very hard. wifi was not working properly. It was getting disconnected bery frequently.

It was helpful to have reviews. The rooms are spacious and at par any 4 star hotel. Washroom is clean and shower pressure is excellent. Set top box for cable gives almost all channels and 32" LCD is great to watch. Room service is quick and food quality is perfect. Also breakfast gets for free and packed really fast if you want. Rooms have non opening windows but upon slight negotiations the same are opened.

Toilets don't have exhaust hence it's bit stincky.

Hotel staff are very freindly, cooperative and repected. Tthe hotel is clean and the location is good..

Nothing to be honest

Staff are quite friendly. Relaxation in Check-in and Check-out times is the one to mention. Rooms are neat and clean. Service is good and prompt.

Free Wifi and helpful staff, breakfest have seleciton of India and western food. Reasonable price for hotel drop off.

The staff were very helpful and child friendly at our late check in, we were tired and they made everything very easy. Our room was immaculate, and maintained to the level you see in the photos. The king size bed was great to sleep with our 3 year old son at no extra charge. AC unit functioned well, important as there were no opening windows. Nice bathroom with good pressure in the shower. A quiet location - good nights rest for us on our travels. Breakfast was also very well done, buffet mix of south indian and western dishes, all very fresh and tasty. An excellent middle range hotel, we will definitely stay again.

The towels were clean and unstained but looking a little tired, a minor point - we were not expecting luxury linen at this price range.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Good restaurant too. Very clean. It takes one hour to get there from the airport due to the crazy traffic of Chennai (although the distance is short).

The staff was very courteous. Food was excellent. Rooms and bathroom were excellent and neat and clean. Facilities provided in the room were excellent. The bar provided an opportunity to relax and enjoy a drink or two after a days hard work. Whenever I visit Chennai in future, I will make it a point to stay at Quality Inn Sabari without any second thought. Excellent work. Keep it up. Best Wishes.

Il manque vraiment un membre du personnel de réception qui parle le français. Dans l'état actuel, les receptionistes doivent absolument faire un effort avec les clients qui ne parlent que français.
