Awesome Property, very well done. Rooms are great too. Absolutely value for money very dissapointed with way the porperty is managed. Staff doesnt know how to smile.

Beautiful Architecture inside the hotel in particular central attrium, Breakfast was very nice. Location far from city,not even near to the airport.

Comfortable rooms. Close to MRT for transport into Delhi. 20 minute drive to airport. Although there is a shopping street 15 minutes walk away, there isn't much alternative to eating and drinking in the hotel.

The reception was very poor . and I had asked for a non-smoking room and was allotted a smoking rom. The smoking floor was reeking of cigarette smoke. I was not given a suitable change of room. The room I lived had to be recleaned on my insistance , the refrigerator was not working, adequate towels were not given......... Very poor overall experience . never would like to visit any radisson

The architecture inside was quite appealing, though, I felt much too big space was un-utilized. The room I stayed in was very well maintained and I liked your complimentary Internet access. Fewer choices on the vegetarian menu for room service.

Nice Hotel, good location close to the airport. Reasturant & Bar both good Hotel not complete and standard of finish poor, room had a number of defects due to poor workmanship.

The hotel was new and the rooms were large and comfortable, with free wi fi included. The purpose of our stay at this hotel was in order to be close to the airport. However, the airport was not very close. It took about half an hour from the hotel. Also, the hotel don't offer a reasonably priced airport pick up. Offered at 1,400 inr when it actually is 250 inr if you just get one from the airport. Also, when you order a taxi back to the airport from the hotel, the cheapest price they will offer is 600 inr. Given that the hotel is quite expensive to start with, this was frustrating. The other disappointment was breakfast. Everything in the buffet was cold and the bread and pastries were all stale. Given the price of the buffet is almost 800 INR this was a disgrace.

The entire inside of the building and lobby area, great food and friendly, professional service. There is a mosquito problem in the hotel because of the fresh trees and plants and water fountains. This could be easily remedied by giving citronella and lemongrass liquid in jars in the room. Instead of doing that, the management chose to use chemical based electric mosquito repellents.

The location is good. But it in not impressive inside room especially cleanliness, as they show in the reception and other places. I will prefer to stay next time. about the cleanliness inside the room. Very very poor, when you look at it from the point of a five star hotel and also the value of the money paid.
