Reception staff, specially a lady called Deepa was very nice, always smiling and always helpful, room was clean, spacious and had a very nice view. The food at their restaurant was good, specially the tiger prawns. breakfast was good with a variety of choices.
Location is very far from main Delhi and commuting in-between is difficult if you do not like to take the metro, even with metro it takes at least 20 to 25 minutes to get to Rajiv Chowk. WiFi was very slow.

Hotel location is very good, it is situated in a very peace place. Rooms are very good, beds were comfortable, i like the glass in bathroom which is curtained by automatic machine..Good for couple. Buffet food was awesome. Overall it was very good experience staying in radisson blu.
As I mentioned earlier wallet parking takes lots of time and I think they don't have covered parking in hotel, i bring my SUV to the hotel which is serviced by company one day before and they made my SUV very clean as new and then vey next day i stayed in hotel given key for wallet parking and after 6 hours when I asked them to bring my SUV then the first view of my SUV was sooo unpleasent, it was as dirty as they drove my SUV on Bihar roads!! I litterly yelled on that driver then he said that we parked cars in open, dusty wind and rain made your vehicle like this. I complained about this to the reception.but even I know they won't make covered parking in next 24hour. Another lag was phone to reception, I have stayed for two days and it happens many time that no one picks call on reception. It was really surprised, and whenever I was around reception atleast 2-3 people was always there. Don't know the reason. Wifi speed was extremely slow. Rest of things are very good.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Also, Dupac the driver that accompanied us for an entire day, he was very kind to show us around and to truly recommend nice places, not just touristic places. The hotel's "Spring" restaurant has divine food. So, far I'm traveling across India and I keep going back in my head to the food I've tried in that restaurant.
It was not as easy as we expected for us to travel around the city. It took about 30 minutes if not more to get to the center every time. Let alone, that the location of the hotel doesn't make it very simple to find an alternate transportation solution other than city cabs or the hotel taxis.

seems thy have many rooms and lack of staff..check in is very slow..i requested twin bed and provided single beds. when reached room , called four times 45 minutes, no response or action.even we spoke to duty manager.we were forced to use as it is two single beds. food is very expensive and order takes 60 to 90 minutes.Room amneties are missing..seems no check list while setting room..we need to order room slippers,etc. A/C temperature was programmed and we were not able to adjust. Mini bar was closed, even after request, no one attends

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night between flights so did not take advantage of the restaurants and shops in the hotel.
Again - great accommodation, service and food. Early check-in worked fine.

Liked the room and its adjustable A/C. Comfy bed, fine bathroom. Very good service whenever I needed it (e.g. print boarding pass). Didn't use TV and pool. Grocery store in same building.
Airport pickup failed first time. Had to reconcile via expensive phone calls. Better agree on fixed place and time to meet. Internet connection speed was rather slow sometimes.

Aprajita at the reception was great. A complimentary upgrade was offered as they didnot have twin beds. Rooms were spacious.
Staffs were notorius: 1) enquired about a trip to taj mahal in agra, and informed the conceirge that i will confirm after i check with my family. (No profesionalism at all) he called me three times at 1.30 am early morning to check if i am going..and gave me various offers and that he would give me a lovely discount. He woke my parents up in the middle of the night. Well trainned and professional people must be placed in "front of the house"!!!!!! 2) the t.v was not working in my room, after complaining some one said that"the engineer would come and fix it up" unfortunately no one showed up the next 24 hours, next afternoon after i realized the pro-activeness of the staff, i asked for the duty manager, Mr. Manish who identified himself as the duty manager apologized and said someone shall come and fix the t.v but again 12 hours passed by no one came to check....so finally me paying money to stay and also being one of the unfortunate guest had to do the ""3rd follow up""myself, for fixing the t.v in the night and again someone said" we shall send someone right now but no one came" . 3) the main door had a problem, it had to be pulled in order to be locked(manually). I reported but the same activity was repeated like they handled my t.v issue. Finally i realized that highlighting issues was not impacting the management nor the staff...so i left hope, and didnot expect for someone to help. 4) they have extension "0" which says "at your service" and a card in the room saying"100% guest satisfaction" .....first of all no one answers the phone if ur calling them bit late in the evening...few of the times i had to personally thank them, for just answering the phone. Telephonic manners are worst that i have ever seen in any hotel. 5) for sure i am not staying here for my annual vaccations again.........thank u! People for such a memorable stay.....

The restaurant was nice and the lobby was clean.
The rating of five stars was way to high for this hotel. The rooms were ok if it was a 3 star hotel but far from a five star hotel standard. The 100% satisfaction guaranteed appears to be only a sales promotion by the hotel, not something the hotel actually backs up. While trying to get rest before a meeting 5 people from by group of 8 people complained to the front desk about the excessive noise created by a few constriction workers outside our window. The hotel did nothing to stop the noise and upon check out I ask the employee at the front desk what 100% scarification guaranteed means and they said “ it means you will be 100% satisfied” I then asked what if I am not, how do you back up such a promise? The question was never answered. This hotel is way over rate, buyer beware.
