The ambience. Food quality
Food is extensively expensive
The decor was very nice. We felt safe in the hotel.
There was nothing at all do do around the hotel. Reliant and victim to hitel taxi. Tour add ons - felt stitched up. Trip to Agra for Taj Mahal was good, we felt safe. However we had been signed on for expensive add ons such as a tour guide who tested us on facts like a school teacher and a photographer. I paid $85NZ for hideous photos. Hotel or driver (not sure which) signed us up for 'luxury' extras. Very expensive and felt stitched up. The driver was very nice -no criticism of him.
We've stayed for 4 nights but couldn't get a hot water bath. Staff were unwilling to help with free facilities that were included with the room rate. Poor location, difficult to get taxis. Other 3 star hotels would deliver the same service. I would not stay there again.
Friendly staff including the room service. Large and clean room.
Room temperature control did not work very well, lot cooler than the temperature setting. No mutton (lamb) meat dish on the menu. Variety of chicken dishes available. I am allergic to chicken.
Service & Hospitality
The breakfast service was pathetic with a bunch of jokers who were playing round and not keen to service the tables.
the pool area was lovely very resort like. An oasis of peace after the hustle and bustle of inner city. Breakfast buffet simply wonderful. All in all a great place to wind down.
Couldnt find anything to complain about
big exclusive suite room
not very clean location not the best
Large Spacious rooms Dinning staff very helpful Room was clean and daily refreshed.
Noisy Lots of conferences going on week I stayed with lots of school children. Ordered packed breakfast for early trip to Taj Mahal which was not ready when we got to reception. Then given a hurriedly poorly prepared pack with nothing we requested in the pack. On final day I rang reception and asked luggage to be picked up from room. For 45minutes nobody did anything. When I got to reception after having had breakfast luggage was no where to be found-still sitting up in my room.
The breakfast was superb. And a nice touch was the complimentary fruit platter delivered to the room.
I enjoyed my stay. Relatively good value for money and excellent staff
Hardly anything..location is poor..staff is unfriendly. .needs better management
The location, the facilities in the room the reception staff
Have to depend on other taxi providers.
Good facilities Good food
Far away from everything. Room next door (630) was having an all night party. I had to call reception three times before I managed to get them to turn it down a littel and not before 2am!
room and swming pool
spa and resturant ,too expensive
Every thing excellent
Facility and amenities are good
Complained four times to repair control of AC which was fixed at high cool only Neither we could raise the temp nor swith off
Business Room was nice, modern and soothing but require maintainence which lacks.
The buffet lunch in the restaurant was pathetic prices were too high which is obvious keeping the " % satr ". Prior to checking out half n hour i informed the reception but they unnecessarily delayed due to this i was nearly about to miss my flight. The housekeeping service is also horrible , you keep calling them but you will not find any of them.
I like there swimming spa and gym area
No every thing is fine
Location and Clenliness and Size of the Room Also the guy at the Reception who greeted us was helpfull
Some of Staff's attitude as in the Staff who wore Beidge Coats had to direct us to the room left us down with only showing us the Lift and there was one woman who also met us in reception seemed to be in quiet a hurry in answering everything despite there was no rush at all at the time we checked in
dirty .. Inside the room and also glasses in restaurant .. Smelling bad.. In Room you can see dirty water closet, mirrors with signs of residual dust or blemished . Also on floor and bedsheets , also on towels
Very bad experience
Staff are hospitable and kind, good location of the hotel quite and nice.and facilities are good .
Facilities, staff and comfort - and the choice of restaurants were all good. Breakfast was good, Free wifi was also good.
It is too far from most important places in Delhi and you would need more than 1 to 1-1/2 hours to get to South Delhi or airport. In peak hours, you may be on the road more than you are at the hotel. Unless you have some business in this locality, you should seriously consider taking another Radisson Blu.
I like pool swimming pool
