Very friendly staff, good restaurant and breakfast. Airport pick up and drop off was great. The hotel is close to the airport and was OK for our purpose (overnightstay between flights)

The staff were absolutely brilliant and had a "can do" attitude. They all genuinely cared that your stay was as you wished it to be. Spa is lovely. As the clientele is predominantly businessmen the upside was that the pool was always quiet. Breakfast was good.

The decor is a little out of date now and a bit tired. Seemed to be a great meeting place for business people so in a way lacked a bit of soul. That being said the staff made up for any short comings.

Too short a stay.

Staffs are well educated so they provide high quality service to the customer. Excellent. I was very comfortable. Food menus at the restaurant are good quality,tasty cooking and safe for foreign guests.

Electricity is still unstable because of local area's bad infrastructure. It is not caused by this hotel.

Very cosy room, clean, confortable and peacefull. For us before returning back to Europe a perfect location to be at the airport nearby. Nice and clean swimingpool. I enjoyed a lot the offers : free drinks, free foot massage.

I dont want to say any negative word about your very good hotel and particularly nice staff. as the purpose of my trip was a buisness like, I would prefer to have a relatively simple room with more space to move and a bigger space for working (studying, Emails and so forth). there were many things in the room that I needed only a few of them. those things that I didnt need, just hade made the space of the room so compact and a bit hard to move.

The Hotel breakfast is very bad. there are lot of varieties but the taste is very bad. The Chef does not know how to prepare the food. I think the hotel has hired the chef from a road side dhaba. Even the manager is not familiar with the food what they are serving to customers. Absolutely tasteless and of very poor standard. This Radisson hotel should be downgraded to a 2 star hotel.

Stayed here for two nights, excellent service provided by all staff, could not do enough for us during our stay. Really impressed by the lady who directed us to our room and explained the room facilities and services provided in the hotel. Excellent internet and printing services were provided free of charge which was an added bonus. The range of food available in the restaurant would suit all taste buds and I must make specific reference to the efficiency and professionalism of all waiting staff and the restaurant manager. Thoroughly enjoyable stay (unfortunately not long enough), would recommend to anyone

In addition to remarks already made, we are happy to say that the food at the restarent was very tasty. Its location very near to Air Port is another main attractions.

We did not have a good view through window.

5 star with a good price.I stayed in a executive room paying a small difference and I ithink it´s worth if difference is small.Free ?internet.,Great breakfast.Location is perfect to airport,:15 minutes.And also to St Thomes, Lt Mountains and theososificalSociety.Far from beachs , but it´s not important...

Personnel très prévenant, grand confort, chambre spacieuse, buffet de très bonne qualité

Quand j'ai demandé une voiture (taxi) pour Pondichéry, on m'a proposé 6000 Rs, alors que le prix normal est d'environ 2500 Rs pour le même service. Cette façon de profiter d'une clientèle captive est inadmissible.

Restaurant Kebab ausgezeichnet, schöne Zimmer, sehr guter Service, Swimmingpool und Spa sehr gut!

La piscine le fauteuil à massage dans la chambre, la bière kingfisher en pression... La seule de tout mon voyage en Inde. La limousine gratuite pour aller à l'aeroport

Très cher pour la prestation, aspect bunker : entrée, pire que le contrôle de l'aeroportrestaurant hors de prix pour une formule kebab le plus diversifié du monde version à volonté de luxe...bonjour la digestion après avoir engouffrer des tonnes de morceaux de viande à la fraicheur douteuse très cher, pas bon, voir prétentieux

el ruido de algunos los aviones al despegar temprano por la mañana que a veces te dejan un buen rato esperando a ser atendido por telf desde tu extensión

La chambre dans son ensemble. Près de ascenseurs, problème de clé ne fonctionnant pas - 20 minutes pour ouvrir la porte. Sommier défoncé. Personnel de la réception et manager pas vraiment au service du client.

Obwohl ich eine feste Buchung zur Abholung am Flughafen hatte, wurde ich nicht abgeholt, man tilte mir dann mit, dass man dies abklären würde, aber ich erhielt weder eine Auskunft darüber warum oder eine Entschuldigung!!!! Teilweise die Aussicht, welche man von den Zimmer hat wenn man in den Hinterhof schaut!
