Ramada Plaza JHV  

Enjoyed Staying with Ramada Plaza.Attentive Staff,definitely consider staying again during my next visit to Varanasi.

Sudden loud noises from adjoining rooms bathroom was a disturbance especially during the nights.I guess it could be plumbing issues.

Having read some poor reviews, we were not sure what to expect from the Ramada Plaza JHV. However, we were very pleasantly suprised. Whilst the decor is equivalent that of a 3* hotel, the service was certainly 5*. There is also a nice pool/ garden area. We found the hotel to be well located as it is in a quieter area, a short distance away from the craziness of Varanasi.

Alcohol is expensive- even for local spirits.

Travel desk was a completely mess along with the staff attention. They mixed up our planes many times and make us waste a lot of time with arrangements that should be already organized. Th hotel is very expensive for what it really is.

観光スポットのガンジス川から約5km離れてますが、ガンジス川近くに高級ホテルは無く、Ramada周辺- に近接していました。ホテルの車をすぐ手配してくれたので、不便は感じません。　4-5月は猛暑期なので、早朝と夕方に観光し、日中はホテルのプールでリラックスできました。ホテルの中華料理- が期待以上に美味しかった。

Beaucoup de groupes... Individuels acceptés. Chambre bien équipée. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Personnel très ( trop) nombreux mais hélas peu efficace. Organisation à revoir pour répondre plus rapidement aux clients. A la suite d'une annulation de vol d'AIR india j'ai prévenu la réception de mon arrivée 1 jour plus tard. A l'accueil, à mon arrivée, on m'a informé que la nuit de mon absence ne me serait pas facturée. Or, a mon insu, 1 jour avant mon arrivée prévue un pré paiement a été effectué malgré les engagements pris par cet hôtelier. J'ai adressé 11 mail depuis 1 mois, ai téléphoné trois fois... Aucune réponse. J'étais en voyage de prospection pour trouver des points de chutes pour divers groupes...cet hôtelier qui ne respecte pas ses engagements ne mérite pas notre confiance. Attitude décevante...A éViter.

Non respect des engagements pris sur booking.com: pas de pré paiement... Avant mon arrivée j'avais envoyé deux mails pour demander des renseignements pour gagner l'hôtel depuis l'aéroport... Aucune réponse. A la suite d'un prélèvement 2 jours avant mon arrivée, j'ai adressé 11 mails à 3 postes différents figurant sur la documentation de l'hôtel ( dont le directeur)... Aucune réponse. Professionnel peu fiable Attitude peu honnête vis à vis de ses engagements. Professionnel indigne a deconseiller

La piscina y el desayuno

Demasiado lejos de todo, restaurante caro

Buen desayuno, habitaciones reformadas, situado junto con el resto de hoteles de Vanarasi, centro comercial cercano.

El personal del hotel parece no tener formación suficiente, el agua caliente en ocasiones ha sido escasa.

Todo perfecto

El bar en la piscina no estaba abierto, solo en temporada (yo fui en monzon, aunque no llovio mucho)

Muy buen Hotel. Es un oasis dentro del caos de Varanasi. Buenas instalaciones y el personal es muy amable. La comida tambien es destacable.

Está un poco alejado de los Waths, pero esto tampoco es demasiado malo.
