We stayed in Ramada Hotel for 3 nigths and we had a really good time there. What we liked the most was the excellent service that the hotel staff provided us, specially waiters in all the restaurants at the hotel.This is the perfect atmosphere in order to rest after you have enjoyed the holly and crowdy Varanasi, city of contrasts...I would strongly recommend this hotel. |

All the waiters are really kind and caring. They make you feel like you are at home. Very clean hotel and fantastic food. Do not miss Ramada Plaza whenever you are in Varanasi. It is really good value for money. A tiny detail: the air condicioning is very high and we got a cold. |

very nice bar and breakfast, super attentive personnel at the restaurant and the bar The pool did not function, the massage was poor and overpriced, broken furniture in the room, noisy wedding parties in the garden of the hotel, slow room service. |

Cordial and timely service. Facilities are impeccably maintained. Very good choice of restaurants. Complimentary breakfast is much more than anywhere else. Travel Desk staff at the hotel were very helpful in arranging for local sight-seeing and transportation. |

Its location near a shopping mall,post office, India Tourist Dept. office and value for money. The T.V.in the room should be mounted on rotatable table for better viewing from sofa in the room. A comb,a tooth brush with a small tooth paste, a small bottle of after shave lotion(air lines do not allow carriage of after shave lotion in cabin baggage with the toilet items or their availability as complimentary items at reception on request would be very much appreciated by the hotel guests. |

Todo muy limpio y lujoso. Los desayunos excelentes. Del mejorcito que he estado en India. Si pillas una oferta x intenet, el precio es muy económico. De vez encuando se iba la luz, pero creo que era un problema de todo Vanarasi. |
