Room was nice and clean, pool was great, food was verry good. Good location. An oasis in Jaipur. Great garden.

I live on the outskirts of Jaipur at a university campus and regularly go on a one day trips to various hotels and resorts in Jaipur..... And by far this is the best I have been to..... Quite calm serene... Excellent and helpful staff.... Great and I mean just great food.... Good wines.... Candle light dinners in the open.... The whole nine yards and a tenth for good measure..... An extremely courteous owner..... A caring manager (who even packed some sandwiches for our kid when we were leaving).....

Cant think of a negative....

We were shown 4 rooms to select from and were upgraded to a suite at no cost. Quiet efficient service. A lawn you could walk barefoot. Prithvi, the manager was great.

This hotel is unique in it's own way. The staff, the services , the food, the rooms and gardens make you feel like a real maharajah :-) .. Every guest is treated like a family member ..

My wife and I were here for two nights and It was an absolute pleasure staying here. The owners and the staff were extremely hospitable and made us feel at home. We had read great reviews before we got there, but the experience beat all our expectations. Thanks to Pradip, Angelique, Prithviraj and the entire team (Muffin, Zoya and Zara included) for making our stay memorable.

The manager, Raj, and his staff made you feel very welcome and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, and the grounds provide a welcome respite from the noise and chaos of the city.

The hotel was lovely and the stuff even better! Super friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and the breakfast was plentiful! Loves the bonfire on the terrace- great for socializing with the other guests!

Location was a little far from city centre but was easy enough to reach as we had a driver and it took only about 20mins to get in.

First Class facilities. Superb Old World Charm. Very clean stylish rooms. Lovely bathrooms.Great food. Excellent, unobtrusive service from a bunch of delightful people. The Haveli is absolutely full of character and our Host Mr. Pradip Singh is urbane, well travelled and a fund of conversation. There are three lovely dogs in residence, a mother-daughter duo of beautiful, good natured Bassett Hounds and a young, affectionate Alsatian puppy who gambols all over the place - A veritable Paradise for pet lovers! Also worth mentioning is the superb idea of Complimentary cocktails and drinks offered to guests, every evening on the terrace. One facility which is not available even in some of the biggest brand-name chains of hotels is something as simple as "free wi-fi" which the Haveli offers to its guests and this is highly appreciated by those who wish to keep in touch or "browse" for info. This Hotel is one of those whose pictures on the web do not do it justice. The reality of the Haveli is better than the pictures unlike most of the hotels listed on the world wide web! This is one hotel which I would love to go back to whenever I next visit Jaipur! Highly recommended indeed!

I very much liked the building of the hotel and the beautiful spacious garden around the hotel. I loved the way the hotel is planned because each room's entrance is via the garden so you can enjoy the peace of nature which is just behind your door. The room was spacious, neat and beautifully designed, with all necessary things like tv, kettle, fridge, teas and even cookies which i liked a lot)

my stay was in a winter time (january), and it was a pity though there was a pool in the garden, it wasn't heated. the room was provided with a heater and though it helped to make it warmer i still needed to wear a sweater and a shawl to feel comfortable cos it was a bit chilly.

Staffs are extremely friendly and always provide excellent services. Food is very tasty and very reasonably priced. Hotel is very well maintained.

Buffet breakfast is ok but should offer more options for the price it charges. There's no bath tub in the bathroom (water from shower goes directly to the floor). Curtain is not big enough to stop the water from splashing out and the bathroom gets messed up right after shower. It's something unexpected for the room rate it charges.

The hotel is an oasis of tranquility in the chaos of Jaipur. The hotel owners and staff were very attentive, nothing was too much for them and the atmosphere was very very welcoming.

The most amazing place, it was the Maharajah of Jaipurs hunting lodge in days gone by, it is now run by members of the Maharajahs family and they are the most welcoming guests. The hospitality and service is amazing, the food to die for..I could not recommend this place more. We booked one night and stayed for 2 it was so good. The suites are massive ( as you would expect as they were designed for royals!

Very small boutique hotel (11 rooms). Very nice staff, beautiful large rooms and romantic bonfire in the evenings. Good and friendly drivers.

Restaurant is quite basic, no gym even though this was advertised. Pool didn't look very appealing.

Our stay at Royal Heritage Haveli was one of the highlights of our one week stay in India. Great room, gourmet food, best wine we had in India but most of all great service and very attentive staff. Wait for a big surprise at dinner! Smell of flowers in terrace after sunset was a unique experience. We had the chance to chat with the owner during our dinner who was a great host. If staying at Jaipur, this hotel is a must!

This hotel offers a very unic experience in direct contact with Jaipur History. Service, uniquness of the hotel, of each room... everything was exceptionnal. Breakfast was very good. This place is a real jewel!
