Room service n only option of buffet at restaurant at lunch

Setting was beautiful and staff were very friendly. On the first night the food was superb

Air conditioner very noisy so had to change rooms due to political problems garden was closed and no lights on which made the hotel expensive for b & b on second night I orderd a lamb dish which contained nothing but bones. Complained to restaurant manager but was not offered anything else or any reduction in the price of the meal.

I did not like anything about the royal orchid it was A waste of my money it was not clean at all the staff were unfriendly it was not 5 star at all

The location of the property was very good. However, being late, we could not enjoy its full beauty and serenity.

It does not have elevators and so not good for elderly people. It is not good for persons going for city trip as it is located far off from city. It does not provide accomodation for accompanying drivers. No such facility is available nearby even for them.

Location

The place seems in bad shape and not kept well at all - e.g. old smelly towels. The service quality is patheteic and the staff looks not trained in basics.

The location was excellent and the hotel/room ambience was good...pleasent interiors

Services was poor....breakfast was served very late...dinner was strictly buffet...no towles were available in the room and when requested we got rather old dirty ones...

Very friendly staff and a beautiful place located at the Brindavan gardens...

Food...travelled about 20 km to Mysore after the bad three meals we had there....food needs to improve ....

Love calm and quite early mornings in the garden

House keeping can be better. Bath rooms had red aunts running all over and it was serious concern with 2 year old in the room. Lobby lights fall right on bed and we have no switch off control. They seem to turn on and off at night may be by maint staff. Our room had noisy and squeky A/c fan very disturbing. The B/F choices were very limited and poor.

We stayed in a beautiful king sized, very spacious room. Bathroom was not sparkling clean. View of brindavan gardens from the room is breathtaking. Restaurant serves ok food. If you want to enjoy krs, stay here for a night!

Staff was easy........no hidden costs .....friendly/Accomodative stay One suggestion is of King size rooms ..could have SINGLE King size beds rather than twin beds kept together , would be more comfortable, especially for folks travelling with Family for instance...

My order through booking .com did not reach the hotel hence their was a delay in reception after getting confirmation they allotted a room which was neat and met the expectation .

The swimming pool was not opened and I could not enjoy swimming all the 3 days stay at the hotel kindly make arrangements to open the swimming pool regularly

I liked: the location: view on the gardens, the quiet and peaceful place; the design of the hotel, the kindness of the staff.

Coordination between booking.com & royal orchid hotels

Vi bodde bra i fantastisk miljö. Trädgårdarna var oerhört fina. Det var mycket skönt att vandra i dem på morgnarna.

Enda nackdelen med hotellet är att det ligger 2km utanför Mysore.

De bagage afhandeling

De kamer, de badkamer, de bediening zeer veel tijd nodig en vaak onzichtbaar,voedsel kwaliteit is beneden de omgeving standaard, geluidsoverlast ivm compressoren

Poor facilities, no lifts and had to walk to the third floor. Room facilities were not upto the mark. Staff unavailable

It is a good hotel and the location is great. The rooms are comfortable.

The food quality needs improvement. The service also needs improvement.
