location was good and staff was courteous I Hate the quality of the food.The beer i drank was foul smelling and i had severe stomach problem next day. also the food was old and highly expensive

The room was booked for my in-laws. They enjoyed the proximity to the temple and city bustle. I checked in my in-laws - and found that the front desk staff, particularly a tall man, was mostly unprofessional. Unwelcome and not courteous. They need training in how to deal with guests pleasantly.

It is near the Padmanbhanaswarmy Temple. 1) I requested for high floor but given 2nd floor. Due to little visitors, the higher floors were not maintained and hence not opened to stay. 2) Room service - additional charge of 40% (according to the restaurant attendant), possibly in the world. 3) Furniture rather worn-out. 4) Towels - not new and tired looking. 5) Bathroom mirror not clean. 6) Room cost too high for the standard.

location and the evening live troup programme in the restaurant no selections as far as food and beverages. service takes lot of time. rom bathrooms are stinking. more over you are taking decleration from the guest who checks in that their baggage can be thrown out if they don'T vaccate as per the booking plan. this is very absurd and extemely uncourtious to the guests who wants to stay in this hotel. if this decleraytion is not with drawn, I as A gentleman would never stay in your hotel in future.

The location was just perfect to venture in to the city. We had a complimentary breakfast but that was not served in the room, this was annoying as we had a baby and had to either wait till she was awake or skip it altogether. And the WIFI connection was not good inside the rooms.

Nothing...bad hotel. Despite Wifi service is mentioned in the web, in fact it is not available in the rooms , only in the general spaces.

Friendly staff Comfortable You struggle to charge the mobile phone as there aren't any universal sockets. Eg for uk, usa & euro. Mosquitos but mainly in the corridor.
