    rude staff , over charged money , dont expect basic facilities, and above all don't eat anything we found insects in their food ! Beware of this hotel!!!

    Great central McLeod Ganj location and the room (501 - ground floor just behind reception) was generally nice. The barman/help was friendly and all the other staff were pleasant (but not very focused on making the stay a good one)

    They aren't fully set up yet. Most terribly of all, they don't have a night porter, so there is an 11pm curfew and no way of getting in or out once they lock up. This should be advertised. Their printer doesn't work and they had the cheek to avoid saying that, but instead ask me to pay for my own photocopying and printing of my passport and booking reference. Eventually they agreed to have someone come with me to pay. I was forced to pay in cash because the receptionist was not trained in using the card machine. The room was dusty and had packaging stickers on walls and floor. The rooms WiFi password did not work (or was not the right one, because the bar one did) and the manager just shrugged his shoulders.

    Location

    I did my booking through booking.com and as they did not ask me for advance payment, I did not do it. Upon arrival I came to know that they do not have any rooms for me as I did not give advance payment. On contacting booking.com customer care they provided me alternate accommodation at their another hotel (Hotel Sahiwa). This was also located on the same road but far from the market center and condition of rooms here was really really bad. Hotel Sahiwa: Bathroom was bad, Flush did not work, poor room service, no parking, no AC, Also, the rooms listed on booking.com mentions Free parking and AC rooms but none of the hotels had it.

    Room view , location and grocery shop inside hotel.

    Room service, poor facilities , no AC as mentioned while online booking , no power backup(major drawback).

    Room was good with a good view balcony.spacious n cofortable. Lighting arrangement was also good.

    Room service was not good as staffs were not properly trained to handle guests' requirement. The crockery and food part of hotel should also required a lot of improvement.
