The Hospitality and the service was good. The Reception staff was very helpful, warm and friendly. made arrangements to suit our custom requirement of shopping and sightseeing

A fridge in a room While the breakfast buffet was very good, at times the dishes ordered were not to perfection. The cooking needs to be checked for better quality.

I could not sleep because of mosquitoes.

The hotel was infested with mosquitos. In the bathroom were desinfection balls everywhere to prevent bad odor

I liked most the fact that the room had excellent wi-fi access and at all times. No where else, even at high-end hotels in America have I found this! Food was excellent. I also enjoyed watching some television.

Nothing. Oh, maybe the mosquitoes- but only in the lobby and bar and restaurant, but not the room.

Clean rooms

I would have liked to be more in the center of town.

Staff are well and their behaviour are better than their appearance.

rental car charge is heigher side and guest pick up and drop facility should bee free of cost from their side which was not there.

Friendly staff and manager. Large and clean room. Perfect for a one or two days stay while visiting Madurai.

While not far from the center, it takes a 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes rickshaw to get to the center area.

Friendly Staff. Nice spacious rooms. Excellent value for money.

Room service ends at 11 pm.

Rummen under all kritik. Smutsiga, akut behov av renovering, luktar illa. Smutsiga lakan. Dålig ljudisolering släppte in trafikljud alldeles för lätt. Rummet fullt av myggor på kvällen. Läget är inte alls bra, välj hellre hotell på andra sidan floden, närmare Sri Meenakshi. De är mycket mer prisvärda och det är nära till bra restauranger etc. Vi kommer inte hit igen!

Hyper bruyant. On aurait cru que la route passait dans la chambre. Salle de bain pas terrible mais vrai toilette (sans papier of course). Restaurant en bas très indien même s'ils proposent des plats occidentaux mais hyper spacy. Finalement loin du centre historique de la ville

Rien de rien!

Vieillot,usé, même un cafard y choperait le cafard, sale, repas d'une cuisine abominable et puante,le resto se passe dans une pénombre inquiétante pleine de moustiques, dangereux! Je ne comprends pas comment nous avons tenu le coup pendant deux nuits dans cet enfer glauque?La douche, l'eau chaude est tout a coup bouillante et ne peut être réglée normalement avec le mélangeur, c'est un peu au pif quand on y arrive sinon on en ressort brûlé ou glacé? Cet hôtel fait penser au bon temps de la french connection, misérable et certainement trop cher.....! Surtout ne pas conseiller si l'on ne veut pas ramasser la dengue, situé à coté de l’hôpital public qui est sans doute plus confortable...?

Aan de balie werden we goed geholpen. Het ontbijt was O.K.

De eerste nacht kwam er van slapen niet veel in huis wegens een echte muggenplaag: 52 stuks hebben we eigenhandig moeten elemineren! De kennis van Engels was pover en in het restaurant (multicuisine) konden we zo goed als niets duidelijk maken. Het topfloorrestaurant was een puinhoop (niets). Er werd eigenlijk meer beloofd dan wat werd waargemaakt.

The hotel is ok for one or two nights. It is very clean. The decor looks a little bit old. But I guess, that is the problem of many hotels in Europe too. So, it should not be a real problem. The room is big. The staff is very friendly. It takes about 10 minutes with a tuk tuk to drive to the temple. And it is about 10 minutes to drive away from the central bus station.

The restaurant on the ground floor is quite dark. Curtains hide the windows even during daytime. But the food is very good.

The staff were very friendly. There is a good restaurant about three doors up from the hotel called Andhrah Curry (which is owned by the chap who runs the British Bakery in the city as recommended in the lonely planet guide). We had a good meal there.

The rooms are very tired and could do with a complete paint job and thorough cleaning.

Decent rates and facilities. Good breakfast.

Tons of Mosquitos everywhere including lobby and in rooms. Could not sleep at all.

They could not belief that my stay was shortened by 1 day, they were not ready for advance chequeout with out 3 days payment. Finally told me to sattle with booking.com even after showing the mail I recieved from booking.com for reduced charges. Now I will make cheque payment after recieving directions.

La réceptionniste était sympa.

Chambre défraichie avec mûrs tres sales, ce qui ne correspondaient pas à l image du site Booking. Pas de papier aux toilettes et une seule serviette de bain pour 2. La salle où on prenait le petit déj était très sombre et la nourriture très épicée (grains de poivre entiers ou de cardamone). Hôtel mal situé, loin du centre.
