It was very difficult to locate.my cab driver called 7 times for direction..... Asked to arrange a cab, but poor response. Charged for 2nd day's break fast. While I visited restaurant hall, were not neet. Toooooo baad...

Its location is just at the heart of the shopping stores fro middle class buyers. I like the services of the cook and the room cleaner.

The attendant/receptionist staff is not accommodating enough. He lets you feel alright with your request but was not honest enough.

Hotel room are specious and good value of money. I might come again.

Terrible staff... They all do the job like forced volunteer... No smile, no greetings,nothing you can receive from them. By the way, if you want have a hot shower after wholeday's travelling，do not choose it, hot shower offer time in morning only.

In a good location,a short rickshaw ride to major sights,also close to metro station. Very good value if you are travelling on a budget.

The hotel were supposed to send someone to the airport to pick us up but this didn't happen. If you are a light sleeper you will need earplugs as Delhi is a very noisy city.

I've just spent 6 nights at the Sarthak Palace, it's a very good mid-range hotel. Clean; hot water every morning; friendly and helpful staff; TV and free wifi in the room; five minutes from the Metro station; local shops and market. I would stay there again.

Everything, i don't even know from where to start, the place is horribly noisy, smelly, bed sheets had stains on them, pillow sheets had blood spots on them, no hot water most of the day, internet is crappy, the place is just horrible... unfortunately i pre-booked the 4 nights, so when i checked in and sow how the room was, i wanted to leave but they said that they will charge my credit card the full amount if i did that so i was forced to stay me and my friend in that crappy room and when i contacted booking.com they didn't do much about it except that they convinced the hotel management to give us a better room in terms of noise but it had to ventilation at all, no windows from any kind so the room wasn't that healthy. and it wasn't any cleaner too.

Worst Hotel, I ever stay in my life. The Room (No 301) tv was not working. Bed-sheets were not changed. I found hairs and much dirt on linen. The window of bathroom was covered with news paper, just because the glass was broken. And over to all the water was not getting drained out from bathroom while taking bath. I have to stand in accumulated water while taking bath. Overall, the worst hotel, I ever seen.

Was there for IJESET. Had really busy day. Good fun the place was.. Got good professionalism from the place. The business centre was a great help. Really liked the place. will try to spend more time on the property in the next time. Location however was a little away from our final destination. Perfect Business Hotel.

This is my second visit and to my great surprise i had a hard time recognizing the place. There is a complete change and the same building looks different and much more beautiful. After entering i was into a new lobby which looks more spacious and bright. Ofcourse, lift was same but the room which i checked in was completely refurbished with new interiors. (room 307) All this pleasant change and that too on a lesser price( Repeat customer) was Awesome.

Beautiful, Excellent, wonderful stay.... Excellent service, wonderful ambiance I mean rooms, mouth watering cuisine, The owner take a keen and personal interest to make the guest fell comfy.... Its worth the money.... Guys do visit this place

Close to the Karol Bagh metro station. Not too expensive for a Delhi hotel.

It is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and eager to help. The area of Delhi it's in, Karol Bagh, is a quiet area with useful amenities like money changers, and a great local market. It's also easy to get to the airport and most other places, as the metro station is a few stops from Rajiv Chowk where several lines interchange. I would stay here again.

The double room was worth Rs.1100 but not the 'full price' of Rs.1300. Having said that, it's great to find a hotel in Delhi for this kind of money and away from that dump Pahaganj.

Don't believe what the description says for this hotel. I booked this place specifically because they said they had (free) parking. I even confirmed this on phone. However, on reaching the place, I saw that there is no parking space and was told to park on the road in front of the hotel by the management. What shocked me was a call in my room 15 minutes later saying that my car had been towed away by the traffic cops. I had to pay the fine myself to get my car released and this wasted a lot of my time as well. The lift in the hotel was not working for most of the first day. The food, while cheap, was equally bad in quality and taste. Better eat food outside if you intend to stay here.

We landed at Nice Delhi Airport. The hotel had offered us free airport transfers, driver was talkative and nice. We reached HSP now, it was brilliant value for money, small, clean, cozy. reached around midnight with smiling faces.. great stay. very comfy all in all. will definitely be back : )

We had an amazing time here!! It's an awesome hotel. The service was wonderful. The staff was really helpful and cheerful. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms amazing. The food was delicious - we used to eat our breakfast here and then leave for the day, we also had a few dinners here too.The overall ambiance of the place is beautiful and peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi. Basically the hotel is top notch - le top du top. C'est un hôtel génial.

El recepcionista llamado Donal. No permitio que una amiga mia subiera ni tan siquiera sola a mi habitacion a lavarse la cara.Tuvo que hacerlo en el baño de recepcion que estaba muy muy sucio, En el check out, este personaje trato de cobrarme 1- la lavanderia(que ya habia abonado) 2-la cena del primer dia( que tambien habia abonado) y 3 cobrarme de mas en la factura de la habitacion, todo esto hasta el extremo de decirle que llamara a la policia. Ya despues de decirle esto curiosamente ya estaba todo correcto y no debia de pagar nada.Jamás en mi vida me encontre en una situacion parecida dentro de un establecimiento hotelero, No se si debido a un pesima politica de empresa o a las ganas de robar y digo robar dinero a los clientes por parte de este empleado y si fuera esto último es una lastima que este tal Donal haga tantisimo daño a la reputacion de este hotel. Ya habia leido un comentario parecido y es cierto."mucho cuidado con el hotel y con las demasiadas sonrisas de Donal.
