We liked the cleanliness in the room and were attracted towards the design of the hallways and corridors that lead to the room in which we stayed.

The bathroom floor did not have a drain and thus water was flooded through the floor and the room service had to clean it up. The prices of the food and beverages that were available for the in-room dining were expensive.

I liked the guest friendly behaviour of your staff specially at the Piano Dining Place. They were greeting every one with a really warm smile from the heart. They were serving them with utmost politeness, respect and warmth. Kudos to them.

Nothing except your swmming pool area which could be more clean and aesthetic.

It is centrally located and food is also good.

Its not cost effective. I paid 5000 INR for a day . I had to change the room because of bad odour from the carpet. The second room was reasonable

mine was A short stay of 24 hours. the staff attended me very well, the room facilities are okey, wide choices of food available during the breakfast, location is also very near to my business plans.

The room given was fumigated and had strong smell of Pesticides. They should not have given that room!!

They charged 22.5% as Luxory tax, that was not mentioned at the time of booking. They were supposed to charged me 12.5% only as city tax.

The room was neat and the staff was quite cooperative

The food quality was bad. I tool Tandoori chiccken with mixed fried rice but have to go to hospita and it was confirmed that I got food poison - which put me down for three days

Really liked the level of organisation, responsiveness to need-early check in fine, later check out. Fantastic breakfast- best in India.

Good value for money, with excellent service. The breakfast buffet, included with the rate, was great, with delicious South Indian in addition to standard Western fare. Convenient to where I needed to be in Chennai. The in-room wi-fi was speedy.

The Savera is undergoing a slow renovation. My room was fine, not yet rehabbed. The room had a very musty smell, and the a/c left the room damp - to the point that the bedspread was moist to the touch. Perhaps when the room is remodeled, they can remove that embedded mold in the ceiling.

Service. Check -out was horrible. Even after alerting the staff 45 mins before dep the bills +supporting were not ready. I'd to leave the hotel minus the bills & without signing ....

My booking was not confirmed and was made to stay in a makeshift room overnight and yet pay fill!

Very hopless sevice. They made me to wait for more than fortyfive min for check in and worst room was given to us. I am going to publish it inweb I am sorry for this because your staff did not respond for my request to stop that hammering sound on 7th floor due which I vacated hotel and shifted to other hotel

good atmosphere, ambrosial food, overall a safe & cool place to relax..

the reception staff can be a bit more courteous & display a bit more patience in responding to customer queries..

Fantastic location for people going to Chennai Winter Carnatic Music Concerts. Walking distance to most of the Sabhas. Good restaurants (we tried malgudi and the breakfas place which has a good spread). Gym is pretty decent.

Breakfast service can be improved. Rooms are not really sound proof - can hear lot of creaks. The towels look jaded and old, they need to be retired!
