Seaside or Seacoast Complex is located in between two five star resorts - Zuri White Sands Resort and Club Mahindra Resort. The property has 12 double bedroom and 10 single bedroom apartments. The property has a gen set back up for common area and some of the apartments too have the same. It's 700 meters to the Pedda beach of Varca: a 12 minute walk. There are 5 restaurants within 350 meters off here. All apartments have ACs, fridge, TV, induction cooker with vessels, kettle. Some have a toaster and few have a washing machine too. All the apartments overlook the large pool which is at the centre of the complex. The apartment blocks are 3 and they have lifts. A children's pool is also there. The hot water is a solar water heater which is most effective in the later part of the day. All apartments are fitted with a modular kitchen and all the basic necessary linen is provided.

There's are 5 restaurants with a short distance from here. The banks, ATMs and main supermarkets are 1.5 Kms from here. The mini markets are walkable from here.
