A bit on the very expensive side for food and drink- especially tea

Great service, good atmosphere and clean well maintained environment

Food and beverage prices far to high. Rs 300 for one Cup of tea is too much.

Superb service. Meticulous attention to detail. Marvellous experience to stay at the Shangri La, Delhi.

Hotel was typical Shangrila La service.

Seems that individual Shangrila La properties have different policies. Had to pay dearly each day to have breakfast.

This is a very comfortable, luxurious hotel. The service, care and attention from the staff was well above expectation. Nothing was ever too much trouble when service or assistance was required. The food in the Hotel was of an exceptionally high standard breakfasts were wonderful, All preferences are catered for. Asian, Indian or Northern European With many items cooked to order as guests required The fine dining provided an excellent range of Chinese Japanese Indian and European dishes. The concierge and doorman service is very competentt in assisting with travel tickets identifying the best restaurants to visit and ensuring your safe return with the right taxi

Beer at £10 a glass, the cheapest wine at nearly £40 a bottle

Center of Delhi and breakfast buffet was really nice. Nice Spa services.

Small rooms with tiny bathrooms that did not feel like a 5-star standard. Everything but the lobby looked oldish. We had dinner at the Taj before and the service there was so much more attentive and nicer although we were non-resident dinner guests.

Cleanliness, courtious reception staffs. Foof. I ordered Mutton Biryani from service and that was some Biryani... One of the best I ever tasted.

I used spa thinking this hotel is famous as Delhi's largest spa. Went for Swedesh Masage. The "therapist" was sleepy and was suffering from flu, perhaps. Atleast she was cleaning her nose every five minutes with her hand while oil massaging... I felt disgusted. Though one hour Swedish massage was listed as inr 3,900, I landed up paying 4,900 with "compulsary" service vharge fo 400 something plus tax. Normally, she did not deserve any tip (service chage) a all, but I landed up paying all that. I really felt cheated.

It was a owsome time spending there, it's in the middle of heart of delhi ie.. Cp, Although its a one of the best property among good hotels in delhi,will be again there very soon.

The staff in the horizon lounge are excellent.

To be honest I cannot say of any one thing I particularly liked . I was not very impressed when the receptionist checked my passport over and over again for Indian visa. I was very surprised that a hotel like Shangir La did not know the fact that Maldivians do not need visa to enter India

Были какие-то долгие разборки с менеджментом отеля при заселении по-поводу депозита. Они зачем-то требовали депозит наличными, причем в рупиях, пытаясь купить доллары по совершенно невообразимо низкому курсу.
