The pick up from airport to hotel by good car They give me my room and it's not clean it and not change the cover bed and was dirty the location in front of the hotel was very dirty the people eat their food and threw the remain food and plastic in front of hotel

Very friendly staf. We had our flight in the midnight. We checked out at 13:00 hour. Our son was ill and we got a free room to stay untill 22:00 hours before going to the airport. They helped us booking a trainticket.Very clean and comfortable. Nearby (5 minutes walking) New Delhi Railwaystation and within walkingdistance Old Delhi and Connaught Place. A real nightmare; First time ever!!! Unfriendly, really dirty, noisy, and its been a long fight in order to get a proper invoice...which I did not get; All other guests around me were also very upset; I would never recommend Hotel Singh Empire Dx to other travellers;

Cheap, good but not exciting. Delux room pretty ok however without windows. Breakfast - very poor, heavy and fat. Bathroom - pretty gloomy... But generally - value for money. Bathroom.... No windows in the room ... Poor breakfast.

The staff was not forth coming on helping out. The room was not tidy, not maintained, not clean and the bathroom didnt have all the toileteries required. The bathroom was also not clean when we entered the room. Not at all recommended, there were much better hotels available at much lower rates in the same locality.

Good courteous staff and housekeeping Inspite of asking for a wlll lightted room all the lights were not functioning in the room. This is after changing the room which was alloted. Need to have clear policy on payment terms which should be explained to the customer at the time of check in. For cetain services liked food, etc they expect cash payments. It is only after I protested that I have a train to catch and not carrying enought cash that they agreed to accept the card. Buffet table needs to be spruced as the food does become cold

The only thing I liked was the rooftop and a cold beer. There is a lot I didnt like especialy staff wanting tips for everything and they are in your face all the time.

Friendly and available staff. Good location choice: about 200m away from New Delhi Railway Station. The pick up from airport to hotel by good car. The breakfast might be improved. The room does not seem to correspond to th epictres on the website.

The hotel is in good location, about 200m away from New Delhi Railway Station. Room is clean and decor is fine. Hot water good. Staff is efficient and friendly. They give free map of the city and are willing to help you with directions. It is a good choice around railway station.

It was pleasant stay, staff were helpful, we chose to stay there because it was conveniant location for us and hotel offered free one way taxi service to the airport. IIn the morning no hot water, i was told to run water for 5min to get hot water, i run water for at least 15min and there was no sign of hot water.

Room after it was changed (please see below) was nice. Staff was friendly and very attentive, sometimes even intrusive We booked executive room with bath in the bathroom. When we arrived we were placed in the awful room with hole in the window - so we could hear all the noise from the street. The was no bath in the bathroom, but instead of it we saw a rusty hose on the floor ("a shower"). We immediately asked personnel to change the room. The room was quickly changed without any problems and additional payments. I didn't like the area around the hotel. Also DON'T order meal in the hotel - after I ate their pizza I was sick for 2 days (vomiting and diarrhea - unforgettable experience). And that was after I spent a month in Goa, where I had no problems with local food at all.

They say they make free pickup. So if you pay for taxi you should ask make you free drop to the airport - they can make it. Internet wifi is rather poor. In the first day they promissed make a discount for an addition day to booked through the booking.com, but in fact they said that normally price is much more higher and we're lucky cause they make us same price as declared at booking.com. A little bit cheating, isn't it? Actually No wifi, cheating with promisses about discounts, poor hot water. And too much noice from the street, if your windows are looking that side. Small currency exchange course.

They can arrange transportation and sightseeing. The hotel is in the center. Manager of the hotel is ok. I'v been in two rooms. One was awful, but other was ok. Surrounding of hotel is dirty

The room was spacious and the attached bathroom clean. The hotel is near a metro station. The rooms hav a strong musky and damp smell. The blankets made us itch. The location is not very central. It's very much overpriced.
