Very nice personell in swimming pool , restaurant, security and bar .. No education and savoir faire at all, at the reception . near to beach

Our room smellt of damp and walls should be re.painted. The personnel of reception very unkind , they do not know the word''education''. We check out at 11 pm and instead of sending us someboby to help with lagguage , they sent housekeeper to check mini.bar and left us alone to carry lagguage. If you are visiting the resort ask for swimming pool rooms , may be they are not smelling of damp .

It was a great value hotel. Well appointed large rooms that were great vale for money, good pool and 2 minute walk to the beach.

Wifi didn't work very well and the food was terrible.

Everything was perfect except for the breakfast choices.

Didn't like the choice of breakfast foods, as I follow a very restricted diet and usually only eat fresh fruit and curd for breakfast. So the fact that the fresh fruit variety wasn't very good and the that there wasn't any curd wasn't very good for me. We only took breakfast one day and ate out the rest of the holiday.

very clean hotel, staff friendly and polite, we were in a room at the back of the resort but a security guard was always placed on the corner to make us feel safe. very close to the beach, and just 10 mins walk to the busier areas of calangute or candulim. swimming pool area also very clean, and nice. we stayed over new years eve, and unexpectedly were invited to the hotels new years eve dinner and party, the hostess for the evening was excellent, she had everyone joining in dancing and having fun... the dinner provided was excellent and of a high standard, we had an unforgettable vacation and would reccomend this hotel..

breakfast could of had a bit more variety. it was excellent food but same every day.

1) Kitchen closes early as 10:30 and there is no food supply after that. 2) Double bed having two single bed mattress is damn irritating!!!

Clean, nicely located with good breakfast and generally nice facilities.

Lost my key and they charged me 1500(!) rupee for that. Gym was not very well equipped and machines were old and rusty.usable though.

Location is fantastic. Great staff. Lovely pool and setting. Lovely beach area. Geetangali is nice big room. Lovely 4 post bed. Clean hotel.

Noise from fan? outside back of Geetanjali everyday. Geetanjali needs upgrading compared to other rooms. Poor shower pressure, broken laydown chair. Broken A/C remote holder, leaking water pipes in bathroom.

Beautiful and huge rooms, with precious balconies looking to the swimming pool or to the gardens. Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and the restaurant also offers good food with delicate attention. Location -in the north and 40 minutes away from the Airport- is perfect if you want to enjoy the real India.

The wi-fi is not very efficient. This can be a huge problem if you are travelling on a business-leisure trip and need to do some work every day.

As we were there in the "off-season" the spa was closed and some renovation was going on. If you intend to use the spa service, confirm before you book!

Tv signal was missing... Restaurant can be better...shd take care abt cleaness and hygenic...

First time in Sonesta inns and really surprise what is the different india here... :) I'm booking for relax but two day still working using internet. Special thanks to Mgr. Mr. Jose to borrow his laptop due trouble connection with mine !! I rental a motor bike (honestely cheap!) and visiting many nice and famous place like Dolphin boat...Plantation...and more else...beaches...fantastic... Very confortable room, cleaning, and using swiming pool even out of allowed time... :) (short time); When arrived the room view is internal...of garden...nice...but ask to change in swimimg pool view...and the day after the Sonesta staff gave me new room with pool view...!!

In Goa many ...and many nice restaurants for dinner but always....by cash..... (Of course not for hotel.. Fault )

Sim, a parte final que dá acesso para a praia, está degradada.

L'insonorisation: les blocs sont organisés autour de la piscine, et comptes 6 chambres. Lorsque toutes les chambres sont occupées, on entend beaucoup de bruit. La plage n'est pas top t l'accès plutôt sale.

Le personnel est très agréable et est au petits soins. La nourriture est excellente, le cadre superbe...les chambres sont spacieuses et propres; le rapport qualité / prix est vraiment très bon. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, reposant.

l'absence d'internet

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä: pääkadun tuntumassa, liikenteen melu ei kuitenkaan häiritse. Rannalle on matkaa vain 200 metriä. Hotelli on hyvätasoinen ja siisti, henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja huomaavaista. Ilmainen internetyhteys toimi hyvin.

Äänieristys oli heikko. Nukkumista häiritsi jonkun talon ulkopuolella olevan koneiston läpi yön jatkuvasti toistuva ääni. Huoneen numero oli 223. Onneksi korvatulpat tuli pakattua matkatavaroihin.

Quiet serene hotel with good access to the beach.

Breakfast fare was almost the same everyday. Cleanliness in bathrooms and rooms shd improve. We had booked two rooms during our stay and there were ants (red and black) in both our rooms. The ants were also in the woodwork on one of the beds. We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago but at that time the room were cleaner as the rooms were newly refurbished.

Krånglig wifi - de bytte password åtminstone varje dag och man behövde olika password om man ville logga in både på telefonen och datorn!

Wi Fi не работал в комнатах, плохой сигнал. на завтрак однообразная еда 8 дней, из европейской тостеры, яйца, сосиски. 8 дней не было телевидения, объяснили проблема провайдера. спа салон попробовала пилинг- ничего особенного, не комфортно. шампуни приходилось ежедневно запрашивать в рум сервисе.бассейн до 6 вечера. полотенца только на бассейн, на пляж надо покупать свои.
