The room was about what you would expect The staff ranged from crude to friendly. I am an American traveling with an Indian friend. While checking in the front desk personell were openly snickering and exchanging glances as if my friend was a prostitute. The housekeeping staff were very friendly always a smile, and a warm greeting. I used their cab service twice, and was sorely disapointed. The cars stank, a/c didn't work and the windows didn't roll down in one. The food was very inconsistent. Ranging from fair to poor.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable for our stay. We had to leave in the middle of the night to catch a flight so this was a stop off for a few hours. Room service and the restaurant is good quality and we had a nice meal and drink on the roof restaurant which opens in the evenings. Staff not particularly friendly but perfectly fine for a business/short stop over
