Good buffet, but small variety of European mills. Good appearance, interiors, gym.

It doesn't have swimming pool as announced. Only two jakuzi on rooftop, one of them didn't work, the second was pretty dirty. Room was cleaned but with some spots and signs of ageing. Some problems with electricity. I would give 4 stars for this hotel but definitely not 5.

Where do I start, insects in the buffet or the hair in the food ordered thru room service. Untrained staff who are rude and have an attitude! The rooms were dirty, stained bedsheets, dirty towels. It was probably one of the worst experiences I ever had in a hotel, I couldnt stand it and had to cut my stay there short and left the hotel within 24 hours. My recommendation is to turn this hotel into a motel!!! Because seriously I dont understand how this hotel has a 5 star rating...

Internet speed - Internet is complimentary and the speed as much faster than most of the hotels that give complimentary Internet. Food - FANTASTIC!! Room - Very modern and clean!

The location was good, and if the service was improved the stay would have been a pleasant one, regrettably this was bad experience.

The experience was, no words could describe, I checked in the hotel 5am and I asked for a wake up call at 9am (hoping to get some help) with "do not disturb" signs on and I get a call at 8am from hotel management reporting problems with drainage system. Wrong number. No hot water for 3 days even though I reported it. I asked to meet manager, advised he was in meeting and he will call back. I did not get a call for 18 hours. When I finally managed to get him, he then got it resolved. But it was too late, as I only had few hours left to stay at the hotel.

Didn't serve alcohol

Very friendly and flexible staff. Can't stress this enough. And the Chinese restaurant on the first floor is amazing. Would stay here again!

I think that a pool would be the cherry that tops this great hotel. Another improvement would be to offer alcoholic drinks to foreigners.

It is not a five star as on the sake of swimming pool it has two little big size jaqugee . That two filled with mud and other foreign objects.

Водитель отеля в Ахмедабаде даже не спросил какие авиалинии, куда я лечу и привез меня в местный аэропорт. Мой рейс был Air India, который выполняется с международного аэропорта. Мне пришлось переезжать в другой терминал на такси.

Nice hotel in a busy area partt of the city. Easy access to all places and good transport facilities. Security guards and people who work behind the scenes were very helpful.

Sometimes the workers who are not all well versed in English, do not comprehend set of instructions, very frustrating when one orders things or for room service and most speak Hindi and NOT Gujarati.

白が基調となっているため、掃除はしてあると思うがシャワー・トイレの壁面の汚れが目立つ、またクローゼッ- トが臭く洋服をかけられない。　 チェックアウト時の支払いに関して、円貨が表示されていたので現地通貨にしてほしい旨申し入れても参考価格- と言い張る。　残念ながら、円貨にするとそこに手数料が含まれてしまうことを知らない。
