Very high value for reasonable price (in comparison with eu hotels /prices). If close location to the airport is essential this is the best choice. Also good place where to escape from chaos of city centre and to take brief look to the new India.

Room 604 has an interconnecting door to the next room and I could hear everything going on in the adjacent room, including conversations. I wil stay again but would request a quieter room

Swissotel was conveniently located near Kolkata airport and was also attached to a nice shopping mall. It was a very stylish 5 star hotel the layout and design of the hotel and the rooms was clever and comfortable. My room was like a cone of silence and I felt pampered and relaxed in it. The outdoor pool overlooking the city was stunning but could have done with a bit of heating (it was chilly in the water in mid November). The food and services were pricey but very good. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to people who can afford it and who are picky (like me). You won't be disappointed.

They had entered our booking incorrectly but quickly remedied it and gave us a complimentary car to the airport as an apology. Reflected consistently high standards of service.

It's far frm city. No one stay nears airport for Business. Also expensive. Other properties like taj. Hyatt itc. Inside city good prime locations much cheaper in price. No price benefit

A hotel with excellent facilities and quality of amenities. Very attentive and responsive staff in all departments and the breakfast and dinner services were of a consistently high standard. The shopping mall on the first three floors was convenient, clean and offered value for money with the air-con interior shops a bonus when the outside temperature soared to 108 f Very convenient and courteous airport pick up and drop off and it took about ten minutes. Excellent for transit visitors

Zimmer sind sehr schoen, elegant ausgestattet. Sauber. Fruehstuecksbuffet sehr lecker.

Booking.com promised a price of 7000 INR + tax but the price at the hotel at check-out was 15000 INR + tax. Please fix this problem! We ended paying 7000 + tax.

Sehr schoenes Hotel mit allem Komfort. Guter Wellness Bereich. Sehr gutes Fruehstuecksbueffet. Direkter Zugang zu einer Einkaufs-Mall. Naehe zum Flughafen, was ideal ist, wenn man spaet ankommt und am Morgen frueh weiter fliegen muss.

Leider war unsere Buchung nicht auffindbar, Dafuer wurden wir mit einem Upgrade in ein Zimmer mit Jacuzzi belohnt,

Ce bel hôtel a su nous charmer dès les premiers pas. Hall d'entrée de toute beauté, personnel accueillant et chaleureux. La décoration de l'hôtel est particulièrement moderne, La chambre était belle et digne d'un 5 étoiles. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain avec une douche ayant une vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante. La piscine à débordement sur le toit est surprenante. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité du centre commercial.

Pour ce standing, nous aurions apprécié la présence d'un sauna/hammam et d'un jacuzzi. Aussi aurions nous aussi apprécié que les boissons dans le frigo nous soient mis à disposition à titre gracieux comme dans les précédents 5 étoiles que nous pu connaitre.
