We did not like the location of the Hotel even though the building is about 6 yrs old the condition of the rooms inside was ill maintained with paint peeling of the walls bed sheets and linen dirty, we had arrived about 11.30 pm and checked 4 - 5 rooms which were very dirty being late at night we had no option but to select another room and pay more even though the room was infected with bugs and cockroaches, the 2 of us had to use the chairs provided in the room to sleep , we vacated the room and found a Hotel which was cleaner and staff very helpfull and kind and the room rates reasonable for a hotel in the middle of commercial street Bangalore. I would not recomend the tap gold crest to anyone. I am posting some photos of the same.

The uncourteous behaviour of the front desk staff. Room alloted was very bad, bathroom was not clean, need to got that clean immediately after check in. OVerall it felt that front desk staff was not happy due to the booking done online.

They did manage to solve problems.

There were too many problems, and it's a lot of hard work to get anything done.

This place has a feel of a family hotel . They have good guest services and they are truly hospitable. Its pristine, beautiful . I went there with my family and we had an amazing time there. Especially, the pools is great. we spent lot of time while playing pools. Location is little messy . Great place for family time and the same for couples! .

Nice experience. Lunch on the Ganges ! Continental and Indian food is satisfactory! Staff are not much trained to match international standard. Wine selection very poor. Very much budgeted and has potential if owner is knowledge and involved.

The Hotel is good value for money. The online special rate is very attractive compared to highly priced hotels in the category. The Hotel provides all comforts of star Hotel. Access to High Speed Internet free of cost from Business Center and Wi-fi facility is added attraction. The staff at the Front Desk very helpful.

Cheap place and the interior of the hotel was nice.

But it's miles away from anything and our room was tiny, I suppose it was cheap but the bathroom was dirty and badly maintained.

Hotel Provides rooms at a reasonable rate. Staff are helpful and accommodating but eating there's not worth the money. Location is not the best but close to all famous places. We had a 12pm checkout, they let us have the room till 2, and held our bags the rest of the afternoon until we returned in the evening to catch our flight out. They then gave us a room on the first floor to shower and change before we left for the airport. Pretty awesome!

I was surprised to get non ac room on arrival even when I booked ac room. Toilets were not cleaned. Even they transferred me to ac room the ac was not working. The roostinks badly. All in all not good experience

Reasonal price. Helpful and pleasant staff. Rather clean. Good big indian breakfast served until 10:30. Good price value.

The guy at the reception was super rude. No body was warm and accommodating. It a bad area for a hotel. It's a one way and certainly not a location for a hotel.The pics are all fake. PLEASE DONT GO HERE, IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED NICELY.

De service/personeel was prima, heel bereidwillig, ook toen we van kamer wilden wisselen. Aan de achterkant behoorlijk veel lawaai, er is daar een werkplaats, maar ik weet ook, dat je dit in India in een stad moet accepteren,dus oordoppen in.Taxi werd goed geregeld door betrouwbaar persoon. Ontbijt O.K. eten verder ook goed. Dichtbij Lallbagh Garden is een pre!

De buurt voelt niet helemaal safe aan. Ik zou niet zo makkelijk als vrouw alleen de buurt gaan verkennen. Aan de voorkant waren betere kamers, maar wij wilden wisselen, omdat je zeer makkelijk via een bouwhekwerk en het makkelijk open te schuiven raam naar binnen kan. Vond ik echt nadeel.
