ホテルは、清潔です。 空港までの送迎は、有料で高めです。朝食込みのプランで宿泊しましたが、フロントで案内されませんでしたし、自分でも聞かなかったので食べていません。 |

it was pretty clean and service of staff was good considering the area you are in in downtown old delhi at the end of our stay i wanted to pay by card but apparently my card wouldnt be accepted, this was strange as it was accepted everywhere else in india so i suspect it was a ploy to make you pay in cash. Our room was pretty dingy with little light but considering the area you are in its satisfactory. dont go though if you are liable to be shocked by poverty. |

The restuarant and food are very clean. good! Each room s/d supply at least 2-3 roll of toilet tissues. Only supply one small roll of toilet tissues. We have to keep asking for more toilet tissues. It is waisting our time and their staffs' efforts/time as well. |

Very friendly staff, Hotel is clean but it is a simple hotel without any comfort. Some rooms have no window. Hotel is located in the noisy market area, can be disturbing late evening or early morning when you want to sleep. Die Bettlaken sind zu klein in den Doppelbetten. Wenn man für zwei Leute ein Doppelzimmer bucht, ist ein einzelnes Handtuch zu wenig. Vom Korridor scheint das Licht ins Zimmer nachts, sollte man ändern. |

Breakfast ok to Indian standards Noise from hotel personnel passing by the room all the time, light from the corridor shines in the room at night, sheets not big enough for the double bed, warm water only working sporadically, staff at lobby tries to sell you their tours with made up stories that are supposed to scare you, too expensive for what you get |

almost nothing rooms without windows, the restaurant is in a bedroom, bad position, really far from the airport and the cost of the airport pick up facilities is not included. the prices are really too high |

personnel sympathique, ambiance propre et agreable malgres la notion soi disant "mal famée" du quartier de Old Delhi.. les fenetres au dessus des portes, avec toute la lumiere du couloir dans la chambre toute la nuit, c'est pas franchement agreable. |

Trato muy amable. Muy limpio. Sin acoso a los clientes para ofrecerles agencias de viajes, taxis, guías y demás, como ocurre en muchos otros hoteles en India. Acceso a Internet gratuito. Inexistencia de zonas comunes. Acceso difícil desde la calle, al estar en un callejón estrecho no accesible por los turismos. |
