Heavily overrated, there are much better 5 stars in Chennai in same / similar tariff, doesn't offer value for money.

Its a good hotel for business traveller who is there for overnight stay or for couple of days. Also because it is in city centre

Wasn't happy with breakfast side. Was told breakfast would be ready by 6:30 am. but realized that it was not ready till 7:00 am, till then also, only half of veg breakfast was on the table. Did mess up by schedule..

1. When I made the complain they acknowledge there error and shifted me to a double delux room with cake and they appoloize to me, it was nice, I appreciate the management and staff for that 2. Staff and service are ok

I was not provided airport transfer even though I sent a message to the hotel 2. booked a deluxe double room but i was given a small single box room, after making serious complaints i was given other room what i booked for but this process took 2days 3. Service is not upto 5star level, long way to go for the management and staff

I had terrible experience so I hv rated facilities as poor- The ac was too strong or when put in minimum was too weak and sweating. Also there was a terrible pesticide smell in the Air which I had complained and no one took notice of this nor came back to me. Now I caught severe cold due to the ac and the pesticide smell in room 914 and in entire 9th floor.Regards Ravikumar

The rooms were pretty clean

Queen bed is too small for a premium double room. Food is too costly for its quality. Food quality is substandard for a 4 star hotel.

I travel around the globe and have stayed in most of the 4-5 Star Properties. I should admit, accord inspired me the most in terms of their deep rooted Customer Service, the overall Ambience, the in-house Dining facilities and beyound all the wonderful Breakfast with the best service possible. I would always stay there if I visit Chennai again and would highly recommend Families with children, young or grown up to be their guest. They are just great.

Nothing much except the Rooms with double occupancy being small in International Standards.

Extremely comfortable, understated in the previous reviews that I read. Will definitely return.

The staff were particularly helpful at reception and although it was a short stay, it was a good size room and comfortable. I must commend the night manager, we had a medical emergency and she rang the hotel doctor, I spoke to him and described the symptoms and he spelt out the drugs required. The manager arranged for the drugs to be picked up and delivered to our room within 15 minutes. The effects of the medication was quick and we managed to catch our plane 2 hours later almost fully recovered.

Most of the staff were really nice but i found difficult to communicate as most of them only spoke tamil.On the whole service was good.

Fine clean swimming pool. located outdoors but under roof. Very enjoyable for my two daughters :-)

There are three most important positives about the Accord Met. It is in T-Neger, which is a very central place but sometimes gets congested with traffic. Staff are very polite. Food is extremely tasty. Also, room was of good size and wifi was free and good in the lobby.

The towels were clean but a bit tired. Also the wifi signal in weak esoecially if you are in a corner room. More variaty in English tv channels would be great.

Hotel very well located and accessible to the entire city (has tuc-tucs in front hotel, where you have to negotiate price enough but lacks). It has a mall nearby. We use the sauna and massages, fair prices. We made trips to the service of tourism hotel, reasonable prices, great cars and drivers Hotel muito bem localizado e acessível a toda a cidade (tem tuc-CUM em hotel de frente, onde você tem que negociar o preço, mas não tem o suficiente). Tem um shopping center próximo. Nós usamos a sauna e massagens, preços justos. Fizemos viagens para o serviço de hotelaria, turismo preços razoáveis, grandes carros e pilotos bons

Nice and comfortable stay. The fitness facility can be improved. The sauna wasnt working during my entire stay. Food is good and variety available.

Pool was not clean.
