Hi, Rooms are pathetically maintained. i suggest that you un-list this business apartment from your website. they are a set of cheats. i gave them money, thay have not even bothered to give me a recipt, you don't even get water to drink. there is one caretaker who comes only when you call. totally unsafe to stay as well.

No Board and Its Difficult to Locate the Building, and Could Make it as Serviced Apartment with at-least Coffee & Break fast at Cost.

Bed en badkamer waren erg vies. Er was het grootste deel van de tijd geen personeel aanwezig. Als er wel personeel was spraken die geen Engels. Veel geluidsoverlast van buitenaf. Erg afgelegen en daardoor onvindbaar voor taxi'S.

I liked nothing about The Brook.

The room allotted was worse than what shown at Booking.com. It was not at all clean nor was the washroom. Facilities such as cable T.V., bed etc were simply not good enough. Staffs were next to none other than a lone and worthless care-taker. The Brook's location is at worst possible place. Every other destination, be it a mall or a bus stop is quite far away. In a nutshell, if you want to enjoy your stay at Bangalore, you should avoid The Brook at all cost.

The Guest open room is very spacious.

NOT CLEAN . NOT CLEAN..NOT CLEAN..Sheets are so bad..Had to go buy a pair to sleep peacefully... Bathroom Water always gets over... Hot Water only during early morning time, Bathrooms are leaking all over... No Parking...Had to park the car on the side road.. No Wifi..(But confirmed on booking that Wifi is available)
