Hot water is the main issue which i seriously didnt like. The way issue was handled. The person incharge asking me to have hot water in bucket and use them.
Over all the hotel and the facilities are good and decent. I personally liked that environment

When reached hotel, no room was initially available as booking.com apparently (according to hotel management) had not intimated them about our arrival. Took time to clear confusion and get a room. Poor staff behaviour, need serious look into staff politeness!!
Very cozy room with good food. Well maintained

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at where the man on reception had insufficient change in the till to break my large note for a taxi - so he lent me the money so we could be on our way without any delay. Very trusting.

The wi-fi wasn't very fast and didn't work very well and the hotel was a bit overpriced for the room and the accommodations and location.
This hotel was close to a boutique I wanted to stop by and shop in--hence why I booked it. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds moderately comfortable, and the design pretty decent.

Even though they claim to be a luxury boutique hotel, there are cheaper hotels of similar standard.
Very nice hotel, clean, welcoming staff, decent breakfast. Nice location next to Hauz Khas Village, fairly close to the Qutb Minar complex and Saket market area. 10 minutes walk from Green Park metro station

I liked everything. The tandoori oven was not functioning, but that wasn't very important.
VERY CLEAN AND NEW. Great hotel experience from check in to check out as well as the driver they procured. The staff had that great mixture of professionalism and genuine service-minded humility. Good price. A very welcomed respite with a very clean space and comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast filled me up for most of the day. Friendly staff. Very satisfied.

the hotel is dark and run down unfortunately. The quality of furniture is poor, so, after a few years things it fell in pieces. Safes are not usable as the staff doesnt know how to open them. Breakfast is unhealthy (lots of fried items) and room is not clean with all dirty plates piled together. The horrible souvenir show pieces are so dusty.. Throw them away!
The staff was trying hard to help us. They are all men, but as kind as they can.
