Simply, I didn't see any thing special in the hotel, I picked it because of the evaluation of the members but now, I am sure that who wrote it must be hotel employees, I do suggest that Booking do not put any comments (including this comment) without checking first and be sure that it is right, otherwise, you are misleading your costumers, I booked more than 15 times in Booking.com, this is the first time I felt that I was mislead

I booked in the executive club to have privacy, when I went there, the executive club was under renovation and closed, they supposed to say about it, or at least do not do a big advertise about it, this mean telling lies. The second point was the hotel was almost half empty, and the put me beside a room under construction and you can guess the sounds and smells, I can understand dong this if the hotel was full, but it was not, the third was their were a lot of insects in my room, where is the treatment, the forth was the very high prices, I can give you more and more points

Excellent service all round, with airport transfer and support at checkin being particularly impressive

The hotel is well situated to move around with taxi transport or hotel transport. It is clean, luxuriuous and well priced for business people. The staff are friendly and helpfull The in house restaurants caters for all tastes.

Might be expensive as a family hotel

The welcoming staff and overall atmosphere created by the emplyees. They always said hello and had a smile. Any questions/issues were quickly actioned/addressed. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Thank you!!!

1. The Breakfast Buffet timing should be from 7:30 to 11:30 A.M. 2. Customers who cannot make it to the breakfast buffet should have the option to order via room service a few standard options 3. The final bill should be provided via email. I did not get the full invoice and would appreciate one via email.

Bell staff and front desk service was great, location was great. Food was good. Clean comfortable rooms. The hand sanitizer in the room was a nice touch.

Their attention to detail was excellent, and the room was stunning. I stayed here on my last night in Delhi and it was a huge improvement on the other hotels I'd visited in India. The swimming pool was just perfect for relaxing.

Location is close to Connaught Place but walking anywhere means getting hassled by lots of carpet salesmen

The hotel driver (Pankaj) from and to the airport and for outside trips was excellent

Room was too cold asked for porter and never arrived Was told that airport transfer would be free and then they were charged and not refunded
