Living Room Goa  

Whole ambience was commendable, great staff, Cecelia was very accomodating and caring, took special care of us. Food was quite pricey but really good, nice clean room. Loads of services provided with a good range of drinks at the bar... A good experience.

Had a tiny issue with unwanted guests (mosqutoes), the bathroom of the first room we were allocated smelt a bit funny but I was moved to a problem free room after a very minor compaint... Great. Gym was a bit inadequate and the pool for some reason was very very cold, but all in all a great time was had.

Only hotel in area up to 'western standards'. Management was happy to move us to a room where the view was a little nicer. Sid in the Salaam restaurant worked tirelessly yet was always friendly and cheerful - his customer service was excellent. The food in this restaurant (including the breakfast buffet) was excellent.

* Wifi should be in every room, not just lobby (wifi in lobby did not work a lot of the time). * Other guests were noisy (returning to room drunk at 3am). * Mattresses, boxes etc were in hallways - these should be stored out of sight from guests. * The spa was not operational * The 'gym' consisted of a noisy treadmill, a cycling machine that did not work and a couple of small weights.

everything is ok. They served very good breakfast with many choices, staffs are good specially our good friend dear Sisilia, hotel is near to anjuna beach and vegator beach which are quite and beautiful.

In the night the power of electricity cut off with loud sound...

Арабская кухня, отличный сервис. Чисто и тихо, тактичный и вежливый персонал. Напротив есть прокат скутеров по 200 рупий за сутки. Талассо и правда отличный греческий ресторан.

Интернет бесплатно - очень хорошо, правда только в лобби на первом этаже. Из косметики - только шампунь и увлажнитель для тела. Полотенце один раз было плохо постирано. Но нас эти мелочи не напрягали совершенно. В целом все понравилось. Фотографии отеля соответствуют действительности.

Отличный персонал, вкусная еда, читый номер, отличное местоположение, 10 минут ходьбы до океана) Советую всем)

Отель небольшой: холл, бассейн и размещение по комнатам + место парковки мопедов, которую охраняют и днем и ночью). Персонал услужливый и приветливый.Убирали в номере каждый день: меняли полотенца и постельное белье, мыли полы. Оч. приятный и современный интерьер. А бассейн по утрам нас очень спасал )) Готовят вкусно, хоть некоторые блюда и острые) но если вы попросите без специй и перца, то оч. вкусно и так ) Сама гостиница находится далеко от океана, минут 20-30 пешком, по жаре не каждый выдержит. Но на мопеде с ветерком занимает 5 минут. Если вы боитесь кататься на мопедах, то ходят часные такси. Главное один раз договорится обменяться телефонами и можно ездить на пляж каждый раз с легкостью. За пределами гостиницы: Снять мопед на день стоит 250-300 руп. Снять машину на целый день по маршруту: водопад, плантации, и другие достопримечательности 3000 руп. (советую брать больше людей, не так заметно отразится на цены) бутылка вкуснейшего черного рома 150 руп. покушать на двоих 400-500 руп.

Не понравились высокие цены за услуги, т.е. взять мопед, покушать или заказать машину для экскурсии или доставки в аэропорт. Местные цены в 2-3 раза дешевле, а сервис тот же.

Были в самом начале сезона: конец сентября - начало октября. Отель хоть и новый, но из-за сезона дождей стены в холле пооблезли. Персонал приветливый, но не надоедливый. Номера большие, уютные.

Редко меняли белье, полотенца плохо отстирывали, но меняли ежедневно. Завтраки скудные и однообразные. Неудобные матрацы. Далеко от пляжа (20 минут пешком), ездили на скутере. Находится на окраине Вагатора.

Nice staff, large rom with modern and nice furniture, good food

Bathroom smelled a bit. Also, internet only works at reception - alternatively, you can (allegedly) pay 180 rupees per hour to get it in your room which is totally overpriced. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

with arrival we did not get the booked room, we had to complain to get a room roughly similar to which was described in our booking confirmation, from the staff we did not get any information on the hotel etc. , at night the music in the bar was extremly loud, the hotel is not in a good shape, overall the price was quite too high for what we have get and for the service
