Street noise Train noise Airplanes coming over Distinctive staff
The food is amazing. Staff is very friendly.
No Gym or Swimming pool.
It was the only hotel in India where people didn't 'over fuss' - there was the perfect amount of politeness and helpfulness - really appreciated that. Cleanliness was outstanding and the hotel was beautiful.
There was a lot of noise. My room was near the kitchen and I could hear them even at midnight. Passing trains and lorries were also loud. Wifi should really be included - even just adding the 600Rs to each night I would not have objected to. Seems crazy to spend that much and have to keep going to reception to ask for wifi details.
This boutique hotel is located in a fancy neighborhood that is calm and peaceful. The room was comfortable and clean with special note to the super lovely bed sheets! The staff were extremely professional and courteous. The restaurant is sensational, a must try!
This hotel is poor value for money. The price you pay is a "no frills" rate so expect that everything else except your night's stay is supplementary. On top, the internet rate does not include the luxury tax, service tax, service charge and vat which comes to just over +30%. We've stayed in 5* hotels in New Delhi with much less applicable tax. Besides being in the room, there is little else to do when the spa is closed (not open on Sundays!) and the garden area appears unsheltered and uninviting in the smoldering summer heat. Lastly, our terrace with "garden view" was not as lush as we imagined and actually had a view on the service staff walk way. Not a bad hotel, but certainly not deserving of the "Top 100 Hotels of the World" title.
Indian Accent restaurant is amazing!
The staff went above and beyond to help us, the restaurant was spectacular!
Restaurant is stunning, food is the best! Courtesy of Chefs is amazing.
WIFI is not free, they didn't recognize small area but big affect like my birthday
The restaurant is excellent with the best food we have eaten in India
The slight smell of drains in both the rooms we stayed in. The level of lighting in the rooms is mood enhancing but this is not so good for reading inn bed!
The large and elegant room, the fantastic food at "Spice" and specially the helpful and very professional staff !
Breakfast is slow
The bed was very comfortable and the food in the restaurant innovative
The room felt claustrophobic and no real view over garden as reserved. The thermostat was not working and the room was too hot ...this could not be fixed . When we opened the window the noise of trains was disturbing.
- Very nice boutique hotel - Well designed rooms, but not overstyled - Excellent restaurant
- Internet is not complimentary
I liked the detailing in the room. Good amenities food was great - chef is a star !
Lack of sunlight in the room could have been slightly bigger with taxes and service charge it became a bit pricey
