from the moment we stepped out of the car we were amazed by the sheer quality of the hotel. The staff were simply sensational, always pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. Only wish I had more time to relax and slow down. Maybe next time.

Very exotic, luxurious hotel. Wonderful staff and front desk welcome. Comfortable and very modern rooms. Great hotel surroundings (pools).

Location in Gurgaon was good, but not great for our business trip. WiFi quality good but just gave a few minutes of free access.

Staff try hard if a bit forced and cloying. Food decent. Nice pool.

Bit showy. Do you really need a Jimmy Choo shop? In between an industrial estate and motorway Overly subservient staff. Its for a certain type of traveller that likes their ego massaging. No sauna for the best hotel in the world - really?

Well appointed hotel, good staff though could have been a bit more attentive

The staff is incomparable. Ishrat Kaur served an amazing role as our personal butler and I rank her highly as one of the best employees (and people) I have had the pleasure of encountering. She was ever ready to take on any task or request and was exceedingly attentive to our needs as a family of 5 traveling to India for the first time. Gaurav, a GM, bailed us out of a tricky situation in Jaipur and aligned us with Trident Hotel staff which we greatly appreciated. Another staff at night on eve of Oct 30-31 was very warm and kind. He will remember me by name though I don't have his at the moment. Would rec this hotel to everyone. Gorgeous stay and amenities. Loved yoga in the mornings. The gym was well appointed. Pool was gorgeous. Breakfast is fantastic!

    The price. But I understand:)
