This is a perfect hotel when you need to be close to the airport. Excellent The breakfast did not open until 07.00 a.m, that is ridiculous for an airport hotel. It should be open at 06.00 a.m.

Room was large, and reasonably quiet. Breakfast and dinner were awesome. Restaurant staff were pushy on selling extras (eg. one asked if I would like water with my breakfast, then charged me for it!)

Hospitality, comfort and cleanliness. On the first night, there was some problems with the door locking mechanism or the ac , there was a noise coming out the whole night. This was rectified the next day.

Staff were very welcoming and did everything they could to make it a pleasant stay. Airport pick up and drop off was done efficiently [at extra cost] and a car for a Kolkota tour was provided effectively and affordably. Breakfast and other meals were very good. Bedroom was excellent in every way The outdoor pool was refreshing and convenient but may need a human attendant to attend to debris on the surface and to drive away the bird life

全体的にビジネス客が多く、まだ建物は新しい。 部屋の内装などよかった。朝食は毎回少し違って、工夫が感じられた。すぐ近くに大きなショッピングモールが- あり、便利がよかった。 地下鉄の駅が遠い。リクシャーに乗ってかなり遠い。

Although this hotel charges a bit more than I expected in consideration of the general hotel cost in the area, but they provided an excellent facility in the midst of residential area. I will use it again when I go to Kolkata. It is located about 30 minutes from downtown. Thus you have to hire a driver to go downtown for sightseeings. Unless you take a taxi to the hotel, you won't find it on your own. It took about 20 mins from the airport. I hired a driver from the hotel directly to pick me up and drop me off at the airport, which was about 2-3 times more expensive than regular taxi fare. I thought the hotel should provide such services for free. But I also understand that those poor drivers who receive a fraction of what I actually pay to the hotel have to make a living to feed their children at home. One more: the receptionist was speaking English with indian accent too fast to understand at first times.
