Hotel is away from the NH-8 and it is very calm and peaceful. Food was good

Wi-fi is not included in the tariff for a deluxe room. One has to pay Rs. 120/- per hour (which is 12 times higher than normal price) in order to use the service.

Hotel trasportation priceier than an average cab fares. Limited number of airport transfers ( You get only 2 transfers whether you stay one night or 3 nights ). Only one restaurant. No lounging area or lounging bar area to sit and relax. The height of the bath tub too high to get in and out of the bath tub and no hand rails to support getting in & out.

The hotel was decent for the price.

In the toilet the tissue paper ran out and there is not even an extra roll in toilet which was very bad. For AC the temperature control was not working and in the morning it was so cold, went down to 14C. When I complained to front desk when I was checking out and there was no reaction. I felt very poor customer service. In the hotel website it was mentioned that hotel is 2.8 KM from International airport but it was actually 6 or 7 KM, please update your website with correct distance, I was actually fighting with Taxi driver that why he took so much distance but he said with new roads developed in Delhi the shortest distance to Uppal hotel is about 7 KM from International airport.

I stayed there for a short period. I arrived at 11pm and left at 7:30am next day. Stay was good. Breakfast was excellent.

The switches inside the room are not arranged well, especially, I would like to have a switch for the bathroom lamp outside the bathroom.

The price performance ratio is perfect. Breakfast is very good. Aircraft noise is not noticeable. Free pick up service from and to the airport. Very near to the airport.

Internet is not free, and with 100 inr per hour + taxes also not cheap.

Friendly and efficient staff, great location 10-15 mins from airport, 24 hour restaurant if getting in late, free airport pick up/drop off.

Staff was excellent. Food was ok, we used the breakfast buffet and a la carte for dinner. Room was pleasant. Location was excellent as close to airport.

Wifi was very very slow and very expensive for India. Even though it stated it was 5 star it really is 3.5 stars

The price does not have a relation with the services that offer, we dont have breakfast and a pay wifi was available

Brilliant location - hidden within its gardens. Good choice on food - friendly staff.

Pillows were too hard - not to 5star standard! Though the swimming pool was very clear, the pool bar could have done with some attention. Too many hidden taxes !!!.. so where it might be a good deal at the time of booking, you get hit by taxes on everything.. luxuary tax, drink tax, food tax..tax tax tax

staff attitude poor. internet is useless no connectivity. the rooms are connected by door to next room and locked. since old doors the doors are partially opened, so next room inmates can peep or hear clearly on the other room.

The hotel is located very close to the airport. Its nice that they gave me a complementary ride to the airport. I did stay at this hotel for the last 8 years. Ideal when you travel from Delhi on an international destination. They leave quit late/early morning.

They really have to invest in the general maintenance of the building. The pool is not clean anymore...the waterfall at the pool is not working anymore. The water is very dirty at this spot. They have a really beautiful garden but over the years its going down.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The location was good for us as it was right next to the airport. This was ideal for a tiny bit of luxury before leaving India.

It was right next to the flight path which suited us but it is not quiet.

Overall hotel is very good.

I dont like the hotel housekeeping person, they might check your personal belonging with your absences.

It is far from everything and they take advantage charging an exaggerate price for food, transport and Internet

You need to repair lot of things inside rooms. They are in very bad condition and repairing is done very unprofessional.

Close to Indira Gandhi International Airport, tasteful interiors, the hotel is impecably clean, superb food at the restaurant, transfers are included in the rooms rate.

This is not something peculiar to this hotel only but do bring your earplugs with you if you are a light sleeper -- the hotel is close to the airport and you may also need them if there is a wedding close by. In general the ambiant noise is manageable, but the hotel would benefit immensely from double glazing.

Ideal for airport access, free chaffeur driven quality car provided.

Hotel grounds, staff and breakfast. If you need to be near airport and do not like over crowded high rise hotels, this may be the place. It is like a large colonial single storey farm house.

Rising damp with possible fungal spores in the corridors. One member of our party was constantly sneezing when walking through the these. Bathrooms need updating. 24 hour coffee shop has only coffee at night (not even cookies!).
