Great property and very hospitable staff!!! Chinese cuisine is excellent
The air conditioning was bad!!! Didn't seen in place even in the month of Nov!!! May be one off case
Greenery food and activities.
Horse riding , room and food.
Resort staff went out of the way to make everything very comfortable on our wedding anniversary Chinese restaurant on the property serves amazing food Enjoyed the Heavenly spa as a couple
Nice Cottage, good ambience, nice property.
Food was below average for tea ( the club sandwiches were particularly bad), the dinner was equally pathetic and very unappetising and very noisy in the and around the Living Room (Coffee Shop, karoke singing on a loudspeaker from a group near by spoiled the atmosphere for us) the morning breakfast was also quite average. In all a sad experience as we had expected a quite weekend of relaxation out of town.
Everything abt the resort is no doubt amazing.
Food is expensive.
The Spa experience was good. The food at the Coffee Shop and the Chinese restaurant was very good and healthy options.
Improve security and lights on walking track.
Excellent facilities for families with kids, great quality of food. Best Thai curry I've had ever and I've travelled a fair bit. Good size rooms, lovely pools.
Should offer babysitting in room, and food prices very expensive though of great quality. Too many maids accompanying other families, reduces the overall holiday quality. There should be a limit.
1. Property and rooms 2. Location
1. Mislead on charges. Service charge was communicated as 'govt taxes' at the spa 2. We were with an infant and had pre requested for a crib. Didn't get one and when asked were told won't able to get on our floor. 3. Asked for tea bags and room service and nothing came for 2 hours. Then had to remind again 4. Staff was fairly transactional.
Luxurious villas in serene surroundings. Excellent spa and swimming pools. very good indoor as well as outdoor sports arena. If you want a day or two off, this is the best place with in driving range. you will not regret spending those extra bucks.
A part of the road stretch leading to resort is in bad shape. But i dont think anybody would mind it after reaching the resort.
The food is best in this hotel and the presentation is good. The breakfast was good
beds were uncomfortable. we requested for extra bed for our kids they provided mattress but it was in horrible condition and was very very uncomfortable
Pool side menu seem to be fine.
Contents of continental food are poor. Restaurant is relatively small. Kids menu are poor.
It was great for kids
Quality and taste of food was very good....keep it up.
At night the lighting was very less, it was very dark.
Terrific facilities to keep young children entertained. 'Kids under 3 eat free' policy. Great weekend break destination.
AC was ineffective.. food was just not worth the money.. for 4K INR bill for a couple meal was pretty ordinary ( not even half the price). Some things didn't even taste well. Washroom Tap was leaking.
The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and spacious. I had visited the property three years ago and not much was different since then.
I think it is showing signs of weariness (need to redo the outdoor areas). I saw nests of birds in the wall lights outside my room. The worst- charged me Rs. 50 for a bucket of ice. Advice to hotel - either don't charge but if you do then at least charge Rs. 500 for ice so it doesn't look cheap! Everyone charges for internet these days so it's not really a bad thing considering how far the hotel is from civilization.
Location and the hospitality....
Bit on expensive side.
