Staff and cleanliness and service
Enjoyed the pool area, staff were amazing and close to Mumbai tourist attractions
The Premium rooms and above represent the best value in Mumbai. Rooms are spacious and spotless, views stunning, city or sea. In the sky the rooms offer a serene, peaceful and wonderfully comfortable retreat from the wonderful chaos on Mumbai. Service is seamless, the swimming pool and steam room a highlight. Breakfast is a culinary romp and delicious. Set in a corner of Marine Drive, brilliantly located for Colaba and Southern Mumbai.
The hotel bar is dark and fails to capture the benefit of the buildings position. Needs a rethink.
Very good position and view when there is not to much humidity. Nice people and staff.
They make you pay internet connection and with the high prioces plus all taxes ecc they have is not accettable.
Uppermarket hotel excellent quality
outdoorpool is sometimes very windy, and at places very deep
Everything was great.
Paid wifi. Everywhere these days you get free wifi.
Size of bed Cleanliness Helpfull staff Bar am restaurant Access to neighbouring Oberoi
Queues to be seated at breakfast. Having to pay for wifi which should bs a free basic service at rates paid.
Location, trained staff., sea view from the room, breakfast, bar.
Not a big deal - this. We went for SCMM Marathon 2015 and the hotel could have arranged for a bus to drop us off at Bandra at 4:30 am in the morning. Its an yearly affair so they know that there are going to be people who will need this service. The SCMM organizers did have a booth but they wanted to keep us guessing till the last minute which was not necessary. It all worked out in the end.
The hotel is connected to its sister property, The Oberoi, which has a 24-hour spa and three restaurants. The safety, area and great shopping
Slums and traffic is not very friendly
Many thanks for all your help
Traffic in Mumbai quite hectic
The breakfast and sunset was great
The construction work in front of hotel restricted freedom of movement and walking on the pavement.
Location is excellent - at least for me, I like being at Nariman Point. I was offered an upgrade and accepted it - the view itself is worth the price - and it goes with breakfasts in the lounge and a complimentary drive to the airport. Staff is friendly and helpful, reception and concierge being the best. Room is comfortable and rather quiet, though I had one close to the elevators. Compared to the Oberoi and Taj you see that Tident is rather old - but it is cheaper.
There is a minus - restaurants. Food is unreasonably expensive. Dining out is much better. Still, if you go for a dinner in the hotel, take indian, not chinese, nor european - both are a joke. They don't even know how to properly cook a very simple one - spaghetti, for example.
Converting my request for a sea facing room to an upgrade offer.
I liked there hospitality, good breakfast
The wifi should be free
Mainly everything was very good
No free Wifi service in the Hotel
Location was great.
Paying for WiFi. A 5 star hotel like Trident should have free WiFi services not paying for it.
Service, staff, breakfast and location
No free wifi
Location, overall property and facilities.
Staff is not courteous.
Very nice clean hotel in the hear to Nariman point.
Service was not as exceptional as one would think a Trident would be. For as much as you pay, should be a bit better.
Great location, good food, swimming pool.
Reception is always busy, very difficult to address one´s concerns. Housekeeping was poor, had to call to reception several times to get room tied up. Paid Wifi really is really annoying, the room rates are on the expensive said, for this free Wifi should be included.
Everything else perfect.
No free wifi...v poor.
everything about this hotel is excellent, especially the staff
nothing negative to say
Rooms are very nice and comfortable, and the staff is friendly.
You have to pay for the use of the internet (and is not cheap), which is very unusual for a 5* stars hotel, it's really a pitty that wifi is not included in the room rates. Getting a meter taxi from the hotel is very difficult, they force you to use the coolcab at fixed rates (3-4 times the price of a regular taxi), and the valet don't even push the drivers to put the meter once they finally got you a meter taxi.... Quite surprising for a 5* hotel that should protect their customers rather than the taxi drivers (especially in an unknown environment).
Worth recommendation, safe, excellent localization, friendly and professional Staff
Appreciated wooden floor, but not quite clean
