A good place to stay near Airport. Ideal for business trips

Very nice hotel, dead handy for the airport. Probably wouldn't have stayed there otherwise. Don't be put off by the approach the Hotel itself is great.

It was a comfortable, clean hotel with a clean, working, Western toilet.

The desk staff was disorganized, rude, incompetent and one staff member was bordering on abusive. I felt the hotel ripped me off on numerous occasions when arranging for taxi services. On another occasion, a staff member called my room incessantly, for five minutes with no stop while I was in the shower, to try to get me to pay extra on a taxi bill that I had already paid, in fact overpaid (he claimed he found out after that the bill was more?). When I asked him to talk to his supervisor to settle the matter, he grew more agitated and yelled at me. I was forced to hang up. The next morning he brought it up again and harassed me. There was no understanding of how to treat guests or resolve issues. It deeply disturbed me.

Good gym, convenient location close to the airport and within 20-30 min by car from Trivandrum. Ok for 1-2 nights to do business or before long flight.

Staff is nice and smily, but they should definitely improve their English. Also, stuff at the reception doesn't know anything about Trivandrum (shopping, eating out, etc.). So, you'd better figure it out somewhere else).

The location was appropriate for me and the swimming pool was great. The staff were very helpful.

The fact that I had stains on my bedsheet, there was no tissue paper in the room and when requested for one the housekeeping would get toilet paper for you.

This relatively new hotel is exceptionally clean and well designed complete with a good pool. It is ideally situated for Trivandrum Airport. The staff are helpful and the restaurant is very good value.

actully I booked 5 rooms but when we arrived at the hotel, only 3 rooms reserved.

We thought the hotel was very comfortable, well designed and the staff were most helpful. Very easy access to the airport.

Everything was to our liking

Really good rooms and hotel layout, very clean with nice gardens and swimming pool good location for airport. Staff were good.

The food was expensive and poor. Had a cheese sandwich with virtually no cheese and stale bread. No options in area, buffet not great.

Stayed 1 night at this airport hotel, before flying home. Facilities are comparable to a 4* in the UK. Clean, excellent large spacious rooms. Lovely well kept pool and gardens. Staff excellent, nothing too much trouble. Food was really good with an extensive local Indian menu and also international dishes. Price was very reasonable for the standard. Similar standard in the UK would be at least 4x the price. Location is right next to the airport, so its great for when you land or leave from Trivandrum. Only about 15 mins from Trivandrum centre.

Once again a very good stay. Great rooms and pool area. Professional operation.

Breakfast is plentiful but somehow not so inviting. Fresh breads would be nice. Restaurant staff can improve.

New place, big rooms, very clean, great beds, nice balcony, lovely pool, tasty dinner buffet. Close to airport.

Rooms were spacious with good beds and nice balconies. Nice swimming pool. Free wi-fi also in the room!

Airconditioning in room wasn't quite efficient enough for the room size. They were doing some maintenance work around the restaurant area so it wasn't very cosy at the moment.

The staff was friendly. Complimentary food. Nice overall landscaping. I think the property has a lot of potential if attention is paid to making sure the towels and linens are bleached when washed (soa stains and discolorations are removed) and making sure that the rooms are thoroughly cleaned (there was dust all over the bathroom and hair on the floor in my room).

Hotel could have been cleaner, especially for a newer property. One of my towels was stained and dingy, and there was dust over the counters in the bathroom. On a personal note, I feel the hotel could benefit from having an air conditioned restaurant option for less "adventurous" travelers.

Excellent value and great location for early hour flights. Rooms are very clean and have a high quality finish.

There was a bit of construction work at the time which took from the quiet of the place. Wi-fi was a bit weak for use in the rooms.

This is a really nice, clean hotel near the airport. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to see the town, but if you are arriving or departing it is very nice and convenient.

Our stay was for a duration of about 8 hrs. What I got to see was clean rooms , friendly and helpful staff, good food in clean and hygienic surroundings. The place is maintained well. The early morning check out and drop to the airport went smoothly without any hiccups. We had a quiet and a restful night prior to our onward trip to Kolkatta.

Can't think of anything that I did'nt like.
