Providing a restaurant, Heritage Palace, Hotel Heritage Palace is in Jaipur. It's just 325 ft from the Jal Mahal and just over half a mile from the beautiful Amer Fort and the Hawa Mahal.
Score from 12 reviews Good
Spacious rooms, fast room service, great roof top restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.
The style - a little maharajah's palace!
Good English by whole staff, good shower, fast and tasteful food. Nice building and well known by rickshaw drivers so it's easy to come back
Wifi is not fast, it doesnt have heating installed, swimmingpool is only to look at
Given the small size of the hotel, the interiors were beautiful. Breakfast service was good although most of it got over by 9.30am (service ends at 10am). Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated.
Staff can improve in terms of showing some warmth to the guests. Doesn't have enough parking space inside.
Excellent helpful staff, excellent rooftop restaurant. Best hotel during our one month stay in india.
Nothing, everything excellent
Staff very kind and helpfull food very tasty Breakfest excellent Room spacious and very clean
Polite staff. Very clean place. Recommended for foreigners for its peacefulness.
We really appreciated the interior design and the very nice rooms. In addition to that, we liked the architecture of the building which was an ancient palace.
During check-in the staff at the reception was reluctant to be friendly and and scrutinized us with lots of bureaucratic controls. WiFi: booking.com indicated 24/7 free WiFi; we got a code from the reception, but then the browser announced that the codes are just valid for 30 minutes free internet (which was obviously not mentioned by the staff). We used it nevertheless. Fortunately, they didn't charge us in the end, though we would have prefered a more transparent process.
indian heritage hotel large rooms very clean staff very helpful service prompt nice rooftop restaurant breakfast very good
bed too hard
Lovely hotel decorated in traditional Indian style. Room very comfortable and everything was spotless. Great bathroom. Very friendly waiters. Wonderful food and huge portions! Such a pleasant place to return to after a busy day in Jaipur.
Everything, great staff, room beautifully appointed. Hotel has a lot of ambience. Breakfast fantastic, loved the porridge, pancakes and wonderful smoothies.
the hotel itself is beautiful. it was way beyond our expectations. wow. decor in the hotel has lots of character. very impressive. Rooftop restaurant is excellent. especially the view in the evening.
sometimes they did not have food available that we wanted to order from their menu so it was a little disappointing. swimming pool was a little dirty and too cold. breakfast was vey poor selection. also we had a driver and a car included n the room rate for 8 hours but receptionist chose not to split it for 4 hours in two days and said we had to use all 8 hours in one day.
big rooms and toiletry...
high tariff....what they charge you can get easily 4 star hotel
Value for money. Good room, very good heritage decor. Very good photo ops
Morning breakfast was late. Staff refused to serve tea on time until the manager stepped in and helped out
Nice heritage look of hotel
We were supposed to stay in another hotel from the same owner but they had no room available (although prebooking and confirmation of room with creditcard), then brought to this hotel which seemed of same quality. Wifi is charged but does not even work on the highest level of the hotel (where our room was) Staff overall seems unhappy about their job. Bit pushy to get you to eat at their restaurant. Room offers everything you need and eventually the water in the shower gets warm.
Beautifully decorated, lovely roof top restaurant with wonderful food, copious breakfasts, clean although small pool, excellent address un Jaipur.
It is a palace: This hotel has so many lovely details to discover (decoration, temple, balconies etc.) - you could stay there for days and would not get bored! I felt like a Maharaja! Very friendly staff and an extremely nice rooftop terrace with a nice restaurant. Big rooms with nice heritage style furniture! Good value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE!
Pool did not work according to the opening hours, no towels available in the evening there.
Nice and clean. Great food
Pool is indoor and terrible.
Rooms, rooftop bar, bed, hot showers with great water pressure, decent breakfast, good availability of auto-ricks outside, collection from the train.
Poor wifi, poor system for generating wifi codes, staff could be a bit more helpful, pool is deceptive online and in need of modernisation, slightly expensive for what you get, air-con very loud (in line with over reviews)
The hotel building and decor were really nice. Breakfast was good. Hotel is close to attractions but in a quite neighborhood.
Internet wasn't good
I loved this heritage hotel. Very pleasant atmosphere, breakfast was varied and good and finally we had good morning coffee.
Twin bed room was very small for a longer stay.
Traditional style, well maintained in and out. Rooftop dining with quality menu. Comfortable and spacious room. Complementary pick up from railway station.
A little slice of peace away from the insanity that is india
its in a quiet lane, but the location is not convenient to both railway station and monuments. tutu service begin at 8am, if you have an early train, you can book a cab in hotel, it cost 200rs to the railway station
the location. room is a bit small. price is a little high/
This place has plenty of character, nicely appointed rooms with small balconies. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Pool was pleasant for a dip but not really for swimming. Rooftop restaurant very atmospheric and food excellent.
Noisy air conditioning. Irritatingly over-friendly taxi drivers booked through the front desk.
