Room was not made up. Toiletries like tooth brush, shaving razor, etc. and cloth chappals were not placed in the room. Sometime no response when I pressed äsk button on telephone.

Staff and staff service is really nice.

Try putting trash bag in dutbins . Its convinient for the guest and staff working in hotel. And as the taj vivanta is in indian most of the indians use wc shower so please put that. Increase the ac cooling . It gets hot sometimes

Was a good high standard hotel, with a fabulous breakfast.

The staff was excellent , the service provided by front office and all the staff was so good.

This is a super-luxury hotel. I'm computer scientist, and I've never stayed in such kind of hotels. But this time I went to India for a conference, and booked such a luxury hotel mainly by mistake, since the price for a room in Vivanta by Taj is nearly the same as a price for a room in a budget hotel in western Europe. And thus I didn't expected that it would be so great and luxury hotel. Everything here is just perfect, the staff, the rooms, the facilities.

I'd say that the hotel restaurants are really overpriced, but at least the food seems to be safe to eat there for the foreigners. And thus I was "forced" to eat there, since I didn't feel confident in going to the restaurants nearby to the hotel. The location is in the city, so it's not very comfortable to walk around and maybe it makes sense to book a hotel on the ocean, and commute every day to Trivandrum. Also, you have to pay for the internet connection, but that seems to be a normal practice in India.

The hotel has a wonderful relaxed ambience. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts were superb and the rooms are spacious with everything the traveller needs, including an ironing board.

Vivanta by Taj is a nice hotel suitable for family and business trips.

I booked a room with double bed facing the pool but what I got initially was a room with twin bed. Later I was moved to a room with double bed but no view of the pool :)

The staff were the highlight of our stay, especially the restaurant staff. Wish I could name them all(there was Gloria, Akil, Kiran among others and the manager who provided us a special meal on our last night - unforgettable!), but each of them were well trained and were just warm and friendly. The food was outstanding. This experience made our stay so very pleasant. Kudos to the management.

At all costs, avoid room 522, which is faulty, leakage at the entrance and bathroom, unless it has been refurbished. However, we were immediately offered another room when we informed reception of the problem. In general room lighting could be brighter with in room dressing table(which was not available). Full length mirror should be more strategically located with better lighting.

El hotel nos ha parecido excelente, la ubicaciòn muy buena en una zona cèntrica pero tranquila, la habitaciòn amplia, la piscina estupenda y todo muy limpio y cuidado.

建物入り口で車の爆弾チェックと手荷物の検査があります。 ホテルのレストランは日本人にも合うメニューがあり、意外とスパゲッティーがおいしかったです。

Very fine Chinese restaurant, pool was a good size, staff great.

マスコットホテルに宿泊してここのホテルの良さが分かりました。 トリバンドラム市内では一番かも知れませんが過度の期待はしない方がいいです。

スーペリアもプレミアムダブルルームも宿泊しましたが、部屋は同じでおそらくスピーカと壷が増えたぐらいで- す。
