The staff were very courteous. The rooms were very clean. The rooms were equiped with modern amenities. A modern hotel in all respect.

During my staff, I alerted staff to the fact that I had no hot water and it they did not improve this during my whole stay, I was there for 5 days. So this became quite frustrating. The food was awful and breakfast was included, but one morning I went to the buffet breakfast and it had been shut before the allotted breakfast time. If you market yourself as a 4 star hotel then they really need to try and up their game because this is more like a 3 star place. The rooms and staff are however nice people and I think the level of service provides by some members is obviously important to them, but not others.
