The first room I got, the lights could not be turned of in the entrance. So after that the receptionist came to my room 301 and found out him self, that the lights could not be turned of. After that I got another room which was bigger, room 402. The lights could be turned of her, but the room has not been vacuumed, as there were some small things on the floor, which clearly indicated that there has not been vacuumed here in a while. The second day I told that to the own him self and he promised to do something about it. Later on when I came back to the room, it was vacuumed. In the eavning I got a call from the reception offering the breakfest to our room the next day, as the restaurant was closed since we where the only two guests at the hotel. The next day we got the breakfest in our rooms, but we decided to leave the hotel the same day, as we did not have any worm water for a shower. When we got down to the reception for check out, we got a bill for 16 USD pr perosn for breakfest + I got an extra bill for a bigger room. Now as I told the receptionist,
It's not my fault that the lights could not be turned off in the first room I got and that they choose to give me a bigger room, when the rest of the hotel room are empty. And secondly, I have booked the rooms with breakfast via Booking.com, but they are still charging us for breakfest.
After a little talk with the receptionist, he pulled the extra bills back.
In my opinion, then this hotel is not a 4 * star hotel, but probably more a 2 * star hotel, bearing in mind that the many things not work at the hotel and the receptionist sleeping in the reception with the lights off and that we must knock on the door before they open the op in the evening and night.
