Centrally located next to Reykjaviks main strip, comfortable and clean, friendly and helpful staff, can book tours from reception with hotel pickup. Nice breakfast would highly recommend fourth floor.

Great price, staff was friendly and helpful A little further out from the main strip than I expected. Also, it's the fourth floor of an office building, which was a little odd.

The helpful people at the front desk, room servicing, and cafe. All very friendly and eager to help out with any concerns and questions regarding places to visit, restaurants, and general advice. The room on the 2nd floor rock! Very clean and organized.

Great location - right on the main street, Laugavegur, may be 200 meters from the sea front, 30 meter from the main public bus station. Friendly and responsive staff and breakfast buffet was great - I didn't feel hungry the rest of the day and saved a lot of money as a result since eating out is very expensive in Reykjavik even by European standards. The single room I stayed in was small, one has to be carefull to move around the room. The, so called, desk was also the tv and coffee maker stand, so there was not much room for anything else. The hard-seat stool (substitute for a chair) was not very comfortable to sit on after 30 minutes. Tv was small (about 19") and ancient (pre-pre flat screen). There were no hooks to hang towels on. The in-room sink was small and the glass shelf above it made it impossible to bend down and wash one's face. Oh, and there was no headboad even though the hotel's brochure says there one. Housekeeping needs improvement. I stayed for 6 nights and only the first day, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were placed in the room and trash bin emptied twice!

Good location, friendly and flexible staff, newly renovated rooms. The information about the room on the booking site; reality was not really as the advertisement on the webb. We did not need to have a tripleroom for the family with a baby cot. The rooms lacked bed lamps. The two-bedroom-apartment was in another building, we changed it into a triple room but got no money in return.

Helpful staff, decent breakfast, comfortable room, close to the city center. Good place for not so much money. Water smells like sulfur, but that's not bound to the hotel but to the source of the water. Anyway it's clean and healthy.

Hotel is clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. The central location means this hotel is extremely good value for money. The strong smell of sulphur in the bathroom when you use the hot water.

The staff were really helpful and spoke perfect English. The car rental that was operating out of the hotel was useful and cheap. Because it was close to a main road which got quite busy in the mornings, the road noise woke me up occasionally. But I should have been getting up anyway!

Facilities were excellent; we had a large 2 bedroom apartment with the added bonus of breakfast provided. The buffet breakfast had great variety, with some different items every day - superb! The hotel looked quite grotty from the outside and we were worried about what we had booked, but once we went inside we were delighted with the standard of accommodation and service, especially given the price!

Fine location, many tv channels, The room was not clean, bed uncomfortable and the dishwasher still full of stuff from the people who stayed last time. We were promised a large double bed (which is nice for couples looking for a romantic night) but we got 2 seperate beds pushed together resulting a big gap im the middle. The room was not like on the pictures and we only got one room key which caused some problems as well. Would not recommend this hotel for couples or anyone looking for a nice time. For this price it is not worth it..

Good location at the end of the main road in Rekyjavik. Very helpful staff and cheap in house car hire. The Wifi isn't always on, we were offered 3 different router codes in the end and jumped from 1 to the other. Don;t advertise it if you can't provide it.
