フロントのスタッフがとても気さくに、気持ちよく対応してくれてうれしかった。朝食もどれもおいしく、満足- できた。ただ、部屋はきれいでおしゃれでしたが、部屋が蒸し暑く、窓を開けると外の車の音や人の声がうるさ- く、排気ガスのにおいが充満してそれだけ残念だった！ |

朝食が大変に素晴らしい。肉や野菜など、種類が多く、調理した暖かいものでした。個人旅行者の悩みは食事で- すが、これをメインにして、あとは適当に済ませても十分でしょう。ショッピング街の端ですが、中心地にも歩- いていけます。質問に対する応対も親切で、素晴らしい。 |

Staff were friendly & helpul, although they didnt pass on a message to me. The young boy on reception was helpful when we asked about where to go. Room was clean, although quite small, ok for 2 nights tho. The outside looked really run down and we were concerned about staying there, however inside was much better and although basic, it wouldnt bother me if I had to stay here again. |

The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located downtown, clean, comfortable and newly renovated. Free garage parking. Free breakfast buffet was tasty. Nice view of Reykjavik harbor. |

The beds were very comfortable and big. The room was clean and tidy. Free wireless internet (reasonably quick) is a big bonus. The selection in the breakfast buffet was good and everything tasted excellent. The bill for a single room (shared facilities) with breakfast, seemed vastly overprized, even considering the fact that everything else was in order. |

good location (near the center without the noise), great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, free parking, easy access by flybus the room was small; if you put a smaller bed in it, the room would be more usable. |

Nice apartment, kind staff. One appartment do not belongs to the hotel and it is inhabited (Aug.09)by crazy people used to listen loud music all night long. No way to sleep!!! Be careful, take information before to book. |

The hotel is quite well situated. Staff was friendly and helpful in general. Common bathrooms not clean and unsafe: electric cables uncovered. An apparent very low level of finishings: broken tiles,... My room was a bit too small (moving around, opening the door,... was not easy). The windows are inadequate when considering the noisy street. |

I was in an apartment room and I really enjoyed the facilities. The furniture was also very nice and neat. I didn't like when one of the staff was blaming a fault about the interenet usb, which was only due to incorrect pin code on my friend. |

I have been upgraded to the apartment, so it's very spacious. It has its own washing machine; free wi-fi connection; staff mostly very helpful; breakfast is good. The bed is too soft; some facilities were broken but didn't get fixed, such as the vertical blinds; shower is not hot and powerful enough. |

The bed was very comfortable There was no Wireless internet, like promised in the reservation, many of the appliances in the room did not work or did not work properly and the staff did not know how to help or fix them. |

Staff were extremely helpful and fun. Location was excellent. Rooms were compact but bright and comfortable. I even had a view of the harbour. Breakfasts were very tasty. It was on the Flybus route which was a bonus. |

The hotel is situated very central and near the shopping street in the city center. Very nice and clean room. Nice breakfast! Vegetables at the breakfast was not always fresh and very much noice from the street. |

We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the excellent breakfasts (included in the price), and the proximty to sights, shopping and restaurants in downtown Reykjavik It was right beside a sometimes noisy street corner |

It is very close to the City center and even there are only two bathrooms for the six rooms I had never had to wait for one and the breafast was realy good.We had the balkony with the room what was really the best! In the suuny day it got hot in the room. The windows are not soud proof at all so during the weekend you can expect to hear a lot of noise coming from the wild steets at night!! |

nothing really. It is not a hotel and it should not be classified as such, it is an apart-hotel, it has appartments only. No other hotel service exists (not even a phone in the apartmet to call reception, room service, laundry service, except a meagre really basic and not appealing breakfast. |
