Super little apartment which was very warm, with one bedroom and twin beds, but sleeps four with a good double-sized sofa bed in the lounge. It is on the second (top) floor with no lift. This apartment has everything you need for a week or two's stay but does not have a dishwasher - didn't matter a bit to us. Perfectly located on Laugavegur Street in the heart of down town Reykjavik within walking distance to everything. Shopping around the apartment is superb, including a very adequate Bonus supermarket 100 metres on foot away. Some good reasonably priced eateries and cafes nearby. Love Prikid - allegedly the oldest cafe in Reykjavik and Kol Restaurant for the best lamb in town. And there are plenty of museums and tourist information centres very close by too. Loved it. Will come back again in the summertime.
Nothing really, but you need to be aware that the hot water which is geothermally generate, does tend to smell of sulphur. The cold water from the tap is perfectly drinkable
Excellent location. Apartment was very clean and well appointed
Ágústa is great and helpful. The apartment is centrally located, on the main street. It is a nice, cozy apartment, perfect for family or friends travelling together.
Very clean, right next to shops and restaurant but we didn´t hear any noice, slept very well.
Perfect location, on a lively street, not too noisy yet Very clear and large appartment Appliances: washing machine, dish washer...
Located in the very centre of Reykjavik (the main street with most shops and caffes).
Only one parking lot for all appartments - booking in advance is recommended.
Great Location and great place. It really at the main street at Reykjavik. The apartment is really big, one bedroom but fits for 4 persons. really close to church and to all the rest attraction like port and Herba.
We was on the top apartment. It doesn´t fit to disabilities and you need to take suitcase 2 floors because there is no elevator. In addition the price is a little bit to expensive. It´s an apartment no include breakfast.
Centerspot Apartments is very clean, has a big space, situated in the downtown, the owner is very helpful,
Very central; could walk to all the museums, church, harbour etc. supermarket close by; two big bedrooms & a decent sized lounge. A good kitchen to cook our own meals.
We stayed from Sunday to Thursday so missed the really noisy nights I gather! But owner v kindly left ear plugs in case!
We felt right at home and the owners were extremely nice. We were able to park our car outside the apartment for no extra charge. The apartment is right in the heart of Reykjavik. We would stay here again next time we are in Iceland.
Great apartment, well appointed. WiFi was excellent, apartment was modern and tidy. Lots of space. Kitchen facilities for those who wish to cook. On the main street for shopping and cafes. Friendly and good communication from the landlord. Next door to an excellent bakery!
Its location, its size.
The curtains cannot cover enough the light. However, we realized later that all of the accommodation in Iceland has the similar problems.
Very friendly host. Everything was there. Top Location. We had a great stay
This apartment is located in the middle of Reykjavik. Laugavegur –street is the main shopping street with small shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. You are in the middle of city, so everything is within a walking distance. The apartment itself is really nice and well equipped. Bed is nice, kitchen has everything you need and you even have a big private terrace. There is a adorable café shop downstairs where you can enjoy your breakfast or buy take a way café and sandwiches. The owners are really nice and make you feel really welcomed.
This might not be the best street if you want to get a good sleep (lots of crowd specially during the weekend).
Just right in the city center and close to the nightlife
Location was great - right in the middle of Reykjavik. The apartment was cosy and clean and had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
The noise from the street at night was surprisingly loud although didn't seem to bother our daughter who slept right through it.
Great location and very comfortable!
Large space, good wifi, clean kitchen .It was such a sweet apartment that you could find everything you needed. Strongly recommended.
Very cute and convenient apartment. You can see Hallgrimskirkja steeple out the back window, and snow topped mountains across the bay out the front window. Cozy and comfortable place.
Central location roominess brightness casualness beside shop and great bakery friendly owners
Price should decrease with length of stay as less trouble incurred by owners.
Convenient location, fair price
Noise from studio flat above (also CentreSpot) was disruptive - footfall, music, tv etc even though the other guests weren't partying hard. Fair amount of street noise in the main bedroom too which was fine in winter with the windows closed but in summer if you wanted to open windows it would be very loud.
Perfect location and very friendly owners. Small cake shop with good breakfast located next doors.
