Takes a couple of days to get used to Iceland and Reykjavík because its so different but then you start to appreciate its beauty and the vibe down town Raykjavik. Very ‘chilled out’ and an excellent place to walk around and eat and drink. Plenty of attractions to visit. You just need to remember that its not a cheap place to go. Expect to pay over £10 for a pint of beer or glass of wine. ( if you are reading this from London, you might think this is not expensive ! ) Having said that, we would love to visit again. The people are lovely and most speak good English.

    Mixed behavior with people.

Mixed behavior with people. I dealt with a lot of happy locals and a lot of grumpy locals. We went to so the golden circle trip and we visited a mini mart close to a fuelling station to look for a car charger. The staff threw the cable literally on the counter. Very rude. Staff at the Hard Rock Cafe were all fantastic. Hressó staff are great as well. Never had any bad experiences with them.

Reykjavik is a charming city with lots of cute shops and restaurants. It was also an easy, walkable city so you could access most everything you want to see or do in the city from the apartment. The only downside was the high cost of everything,

Beautiful city. So clean and actually surprisingly quiet for a city. Never heard a siren once in our whole week there. Plenty to see and do. Loads of places to eat drink and shop. Great public pools. Plenty of bus stops so no need to be getting taxi.

Great little city, stayed for 2 nights and felt that was a good length of time as we did self drive and had done a lot of the tours already offered. Time to visit a couple of museums and do a food tour which I highly recommend. Great pub culture, delicious food and drinks. Such a pretty colourful place so if you get blue skies rhe views are amazing. Being from England, I didn't find Iceland that expensive as everyone says it is, only slightly more money that what I'm used to, but the food and drink quality is much higher, take time to research places and look around. Cold though!!!

Great place to stay in the heart of Reykjavik city centre. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It is located on paid parking zone, but there were plenty of space to park your car, even in the high tourist season. A little tip for parking - park in zone P3 it is on 70-100m from the apartment, it is a way cheaper than P1. In the apartment there is everything you need for you stay. Even in the city centre it was quiet and you can rest after long day of exploring and hiking in Icelandic nature.

A nicely located hotel just a few minutes walk from downtown Reykjavik. The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious and have all of the necessary facilities. The beds are very comfortable and the shower very efficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful - a problem that I had with my billing was sorted out very quickly with the reception staff. Given the location and quality of this hotel, the pricing was more than reasonable. The included buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of choice.

This accommodation is a really good choice to travel and explore Iceland. A bit far from Reykjavik center, but with good parking places and completely next to the cheapest shopping place, Bonus. So you can buy some foods directly next to your apartment, cook something and start your whole day trips all around the island. The property was completely clean, comfortable, with super easy access with door codes. The kitchen is full equipped. Just recommended!

This hotel was fantastic! Large room, plenty of outlets and luggage bench for two suitcases.. Only Iceland lodging we've stayed at that has had washcloths and kleenex. No refrigerator, but the staff gladly kept our food in their refrigerator. Great breakfast. Parking available right outside the hotel and short walk to main street in downtown Reykjavik. Good hotel for our last night in Iceland before heading to the airport. This hotel is about a 10 minute drive from central Reykjavik and about a 35 minute drive to Keflavik. The room was functional -- nothing special and a little dated -- but it was clean and good value for the money. There was a nice breakfast included in the morning and free parking right outside.

The check-in was smooth and very quick, we made use of the free parking right in front of the Hostel in the center of Reykjavik, which is unbeatable. The location is right in the center of downtown, the room was clean with our own sink & there were plenty of bathrooms which were regularly cleaned.

Hotel Muli is a spotlessly clean, functional hotel ~3 km from the Reykjavik bay area. We used the Hopp scooters to get in and out of the city centre as the 40 min walk did get a bit chilly! Check-in/out was very easy, and our room was even ready a little early. The free coffee and hot chocolates were just the ticket after a day of exploring!
