Location

There is no sign on the building that there is a hotel there, no lobby, no one to talk to and no directions at arrival. We had to find phonenumber and call a person to find out the entrance, apt. number and that the key was in a mailbox. Beds were not made but linen was there. It is odd that a place advertised and priced as Hotel does request on notes in the apartment, written in Icelandic and English, that guests should take linen of the beds and clean everything or else be sent bills, Icelanders can expect to be biled up to Icl. kr. 5.000 and foreigners Icl. kr. 6.000-20.000.

Clean, excellent location, and very modern look.

The booking advertised free wifi, but there was only paid wifi was to be found. And the pictures while booking showed a queen/double bed, but we received two small twin sofa beds which we had to set up ourselves.

Comfy beds, spotlessly clean room(s) and friendly and helpful landlady. We arrived late and she was waiting for us at the bus stop! What more can you ask for ??? Highly recommended.

Muy bien comunicado y la cocina bastante completa. Es un lugar tranquilo. Well located and complete kitchen. It's a peacefull place.

Estás obligado a realizar limpieza de la habitación, incluyendo el baño. No basta con recoger lo tuyo, sino que se supone que tienes que arrodillarte a fregar el water. Si no lo dejas todo perfecto, dice que te cobra lo que cuesta mandar a una persona a limpiarlo (hasta 120 euros). Eso, sin embargo, no lo he visto en las condiciones. You are forced to clean the apartment. Even the WC, the floor or the shower. That is not in the terms, but if you don't do it they will charge the cleaning (up to 120 euros)

Lage super, Blick auf Bucht toll, Restaurants nahe.

Bett für zwei kräftige Menschen etwas eng. Sofa für eine große Person etwas kurz.

absence de rideaux occultants la lumière pas de réception (contact téléphonique obligatoire) obligation de faire le ménage en partant sous peine de majoration attention il s'agitd'une location d'appartement et non un hotel, pas de personnel pour le mise en place de la chambre (lit non fait)

Самый неприятный сюрприз - необходимость уборки за собой. Штраф 6000-20000 крон. Полностью оборудованная кухня не включает даже сковородки. Wifi нет, есть только 3g модем. Весьма грязно, душевой уголок течет, вода из него не уходит, стенки душа грязные. Спальни нет, вместо кровати раскладывавшийся диван, но матрас, который кладется на него, из другой серии вообще, уже и выше, получается один спит выше другого. Церковь, что расположена в 10 метрах, звонит каждые 15 минут, часов с 7 утра. Unpleasant surprise for us was final cleaning by self or pay 6000-20000 kr. Kitchen has no frying pan even. No wifi. Pretty much dirty. Shower leaks, keeps water inside. No bedroom. Sofa instead bed. Sofa has different kind of mattress, so one of u is sleeping upper then another one. Church is situating too close and ringing every 15 minutes since 7 or 8.

Es war ein sehr nettes kleines Appartment. Ein Stick fürs WLAN lag auf dem Küchentisch, so etwas passiert einem nur in Island! Man konnte die Fenster einigermaßen abdunkeln, das hat also auch geklappt. Ein Wasserkocher wäre nett gewesen, aber es ging auch so.

Lýsing í herberginu er ekki falleg vantar lampa eða dimmer á loftljós. vantar líka náttborð í svefnherbergi og lampa þar. annars mjög gott.

Muy bien situado. La dueña apareció a los 5 minutos de llamarla y nos dio todo tipo de facilidades. Bien equipado y muy acogedor y tranquilo. Calidad-precio razonable.

Location is excellent.

There is no hotel staff at the apartment, fortunately the staff at the Hotel Kea help me to call the apartment staff to come and bring me to the apartment. The room is a little bit dated.
