The Apartment is in the Heart of Old Reykjavik. We had a Deluxe app in the basement, we thought it should rather habe a diningroom tabel than a sideboard we did Not Need. Staff confirmed a Lot but Forget a Lot as well.

the place was good but worst experience ever some creepy staff member enter our appartment at 1:30 AM to check there was no problem with my booking (apparently they did a mistake and gave me the wrong room) anyway, i repeat: the guy entered the room (it was key-locked) in the middle of the night!!! and he hardly apologized. Actually he knew we were inside, but entered so he could speak to me. never seen that before... sooo creeeepy. don't go there

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and good value. The shower was amazing (and guilt free: geothermal)! The apartment was also very convenient for the bus station and main high street. Reykjavik gets pretty rowdy on a weekend, and the whole area was pretty noisy. Some of our neighbours were preparing for a big night out as well.

Location. 5 min walk to everything. The big light filled main room. Having your own place, not just a hotel room, gave you flexibility.Cook your own food and save a LOT of money. Spacious, warm, comfortable temporary home. Wonky stove and oven, had to guess and hope. Spastic kitchen fan, did what it wanted, if it wanted, when attempting to use it.

I like the room and the way the staff was very informative and helpful. The room was great and the view breathtaking. We had a great time. Memory Foam Beds I did not like the idea that they did not take cash. There was some problem with the credit card and they had no system for paying in cash. Also the bathroom was great but the toilet seat was broken.

Excellent location. Lots and lots of restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars, markets and shops around. It's basically located inside the city. I was there for the Eve Fanfest and this place is a perfect choice for that, because it's also very close to Harpa. Nice to have a "home" close by to go to between events. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even if it's freezing outside, it's always warm and cozy inside with the constant flow of hot geothermal water through the radiators, which you can easily adjust. You can actually find this all around the country. It's always warm indoors. Wireless was quite ok. I did have a connection problem once, but the manager took care of it in a reasonably short time. I stayed in a deluxe studio, and the furnishings weren't as impressive as they appear in the photos, but it was ok. Everything worked as they should and the bed was very comfortable. Don't expect to find much privacy. The walls are paper-thin, you can almost hear your neighbours whispering. Also the door between the bedroom and the bathroom is out of clear glass. The constant hot water is nice and abundant, but it naturally smells of sulfur, quite similar to the smell of sewage. And the sliding glass door doesn't help either. But this is of course nothing specific to the hotel, it's all around Iceland. The hot water also makes a constant "gushing" noise while moving through pipes inside the walls. Sometimes it can be annoying when its quiet (at night, trying to sleep) if you're sensitive to it.

The location is very central - right in downtown Reykjavik. Privacy is good. Not much noise, if any at all. It was very hard telling whether you are at the right place or not when arriving. There's no street no. on the door, and no immediate reception (it's on 2nd floor). The water in the shower kept on changing temperature from comfortable to very hot occasionally and without warning. Coffee (used bag) was left in the Philips coffee machine for me. Not very nice.

Excellent location, on the main shopping street and near Harpa center. The room was spacious and had a huge bed. The room could have used some more cleaning. I found a potato chip in the couch. The kettle was also a bit dirty. They doubled their prices from last year.

I was supposed to get a deluxe apartment, but only given a worse studio apartment and feel like i was ripped off. Prior to staying there, I stayed in a hostel paying 5th of the price per night and that hostel was much better! :(

Very easy going, 10 minutes walk to the city centre but also bars and restaurants nearby. Parking our car wasn't a problem and getting in and out of the city was very straightforward. Excellant location. Nothing

Apartment was great, bed v v comfortable & everything you need in the kitchen, apart from handles on the cupboards. Bathroom was great, walls of black pebbles. Very central & everything on your doorstep, 25m to Langevur . Apartment above a v noisy bar. If you want any sleep on Friday or Saturday nights forget it, dont stay here. Street full of vomit, piss & broken glass Saturday & Sunday morning.
