One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in! Hightly recommend

The welcome was warm and very informative and we enjoyed our stay so much we returned. Whilst being right in the centre of the city it was incredibly quiet and relaxing. The upgrade was much appreciated and added to the fantastic value. We would recommend highly and go back anytime.

the location was very central. It was handy to have cooking facilities which saved on eating out.

The studio apartment bathroom was an alcove off the sitting area without any door which felt very strange if using the toilet. There wasn't any hanging/storage space for clothes. Funky looking place but it was form over function.

Fantastic suite! Design is excellent, kitchen, balcony, bath, tv, Mac, all excellent. Highly recommended!

spectacular stay at apartment K! what we liked about our stay was that it delivered on everything it promised on the website; the reviews were mostly brilliant but the one or two unsatisfactory ones scared us a bit. in the end we decided togo for it and were really glad we did. jokull and kathy were excellent hosts; very very friendly and created a perfect atmosphere about the place. unfortunately we were too tired touristing to avail of their hospitality but during our stay we were invited to join the family for a hallowwen party - so nice. anyway, the apt is super equipped, with hi-tec shower and internet, with tv and dvd library etc the bed was comfy enough and the kitchen facilities were as good as home. couldnt ask for much more!

on the down side i did try to send two emails to the hotel with queries - neither of which got a response (i was so happy with the place that i forgot to ask if they'd gotten them at all). also, if you're the sort of person who wakes easily and doesnt go out on a weekend night this may be a bit noisy for you; it wasnt very noisy and it was only fri and sat night but if you're hypersensitive to that sort of thing you may wanna look at somewhere less central.

very comfortable beds, excellent location, great cooking facilities and equipment, great shower, loved the hot tub and garden

some services advertised such as electric bed and steam room not working and no real apology for it and i believe they haven't worked for some time so should maybe change advertisement

Freedom of my own apartment with no fixed times for meals etc. My own front door and balcony. Ability to self cater excellent for someone like me with food allergies. Convenient location in walking distance of the music festival venues, but far enough from centre to be quiet.

Could not get a taxi by phone and could not contact the main apartments to get staff to reach a taxi, had to walk with suitcase into town centre.

Access to a washing mashine is very good. Access to Internet is good. The location town town is goot.

I have said 'Exelent' to 'Hotel staff'. But in spite of mentioning it twice no one came to fix the heater in the livingroom. I have 'only' said 'Good' to 'Comfort' because there were no separat access to the second bedroom. These two things I mention here was not major things to us. Parking facilities were missed a little. All in all we were wery satisfied.

We Liked the living area and the facilities provided - really nice coffee machine, big TV, films on hard drive etc. The location was good, right on the main shopping street but still quiet at night.

Exceptional apartment will all imaginable amenities, even espresso machine with included Illy coffee, designer furniture and other, not to mention the wonderful Tempur matrress in the bed, never experienced such a high level of comfort in a rental apartment at such an affordable price. It even included a Mac mini computer connected as a media center to the 40" LCD TV. Extremely spacious and with own terrace.

Dont know if this can be improved as it was already close to perfect.

Upon arrival, we were told we were being upgraded! The apartment given to us was beautiful, well decorated and very comfortable. There was a large TV with movies, nice kitchen facilites (including dishwasher!) and a great bathroom! The apartment was cleaned during our stay, and fresh towels put in which I thought was a nice touch! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I only saw the man working there once when we checked in, due to the fact that the apartments are located around the city. Because of this, I felt there should have been more information such as maps, numbers of a cab company etc. left in the apartment for use. And perhaps a few more movies uploaded onto the TV. Otherwise, everything was great!
