Apartment K  

Bellissimi appartamenti nel centro di Reykjavík, due minuti a piedi dalla via principale. Il nostro appartamento era comunque all'interno di un cortile e quindi non a ridosso della rumorosa vita notturna del weekend. Lo staff è completa disposizione, ci hanno consegnato le chiavi alle 3.00 di notte (basta avvertirli prima) e data la momentanea disponibilità ci hanno anche assegnato un appartamento (il primo con le porte rosse nel cortiletto a ridosso della via Hverfisgata) più grande di quello prenotato senza alcun sovrapprezzo. L'arredamento è di design, bagno con pareti in pietra e area doccia di dimensioni esagerate. Cucina atrrezzata con tutto,compresa macchina per espresso.

Lo specchio del lavandino del bagno adatto a stature over 1.90...ma dietro di voi ce n'è comunque un altro a figura piena!!

Appartamento bellissimo in pieno centro, tutto nuovo, con tv schermo piatto da 60". wifi gratuito. Bagno con pietre a vista spettacolare. Cucinino molto pratico.

Avevo 3 indirizzi, la reception era al secondo di questi.

L'appartamento con il pavimento verde, uno dei due, quello sottotetto, in cui abbiamo soggiornato era davvero grazioso. Design, pulizia impeccabile. Visto la collocazione, della camera da letto nel sotto tetto, la consiglierei solo a coppie giovani e senza figli. Gli altri appartamenti k danno sicuramente scelta, a seconda di quanto numeroso sia il gruppo.

Apartment k è di fatto un insieme di appartamenti di stessa proprietà distribuiti in pieno centro Reykjavik.se non diversamente richiesto e salvo disponibilità di una struttura piuttosto che di un altra, si viene sistemati a discrezione della gestione. Su booking.com compaiono solo foto degli appartamenti con pavimento verde, di design, motivo per cui li abbiamo scelti, ma fino all'ultimo non sapevamo quale appartamento ci avrebbero dato. Suggerirei di inserire immagini di tutti gli appartamenti o di poter scegliere alla prenotazione quale struttura avere.

In generale in Islanda gli alloggi costano di più e offrono meno rispetto agli standard italiani o europei. Appartamenti k sono una vera eccezzione a questa regola. L'appartamento è pulito, molto accessoriato, ultra tecnologico e con una tendenza al design veramente notevole. Ottima la posizione, veramente strategica per la visita della città, l'appartamento è situato lungo la strada del centro, ma è facile arrivarci, ed il parcheggio è gratuito dopo le 6 di pomeriggio (un bel segno di civiltà). La proprietaria è una ragazza efficente, gentile e carina. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Wi-fi nell'appartamento. Veramente molto molto bello. Una tappa obbligata per visitare la città in Iceland, accommodation cost more and offer less than the Italian or European standards. K Apartments are a real exception to this rule. The apartment is clean, very equipped, ultra- technology and with a tendency to design truly remarkable. Excellent location, very strategic for visiting the city, the apartment is located across the street in the center, but it is easy to get there, and parking is free after 6 pm (a good sign of civilization). The owner is a girl efficient, polite and pretty. Value for money unbeatable. Wi-fi in the apartment. Really very nice. A must to visit the city

Far funzionare la lavastoviglie sarebbe perfetto to run the dishwasher would be perfect

We very much enjoyed our stay at Apartment K in Reykjavik. The apartment was located at the main shopping street of Reykjavik (Laugavegur) and was beautifully designed and furnished. The kitchen corner included all the necassary equipment for self-catering. The staff was very helpful and friendly. In sum, I totally recommend this place and will definitely stay there again if we visit Reykjavik.

Apartment k is excellent in everything! The studio we stayed got everything we need. This is the second time we stayed there , we would choose apartment k again next time

Location was terrific, staff were very helpful when asked - fixed all the issues we brought to their attention immediately. 1Br deluxe apt we rented was very spacious, clean, etc.

My only real complaint is that there is zero counter space in the bathroom. Other than that - it would be nitpicking - the apartment was great for our needs. A light sleeper might be bothered by the lack of blackout curtains or the bar downstairs, but it was not an issue for us.

Awesome location, bright and nicely decorated apartment. We did not get apartment pictured though. But there was enough space for four of us.

Perfect location and price. Clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed

Staff was excellent. We had some problem with the electricity in the kitchen but it was looked into promptly. The facilities were very good.

Nicely located, we had appartment in the Skolarstreet, just around the corner of the Tourist information office. Clean and fresh appartment.

Some equioment was missing or not good working (toaster). There were not enough plugins in the kitchen to toast and/or boil water at the same time. It would be handy if there was some information in the appartment as to where the supermarket is. What was a disappointment was, that they were building around the apartment: the terrace had a lot of junk on it and early in the morning the builders were working next to the appartment and behind the appartment.

Perfect location - on the main touristic street of Reykjavik. Cool design, freshly refurbished studios and very nice owners. In one of the rooms we got there even was a huge Mac (TV+internet)! I would definetely recommend to my friends and will approach them next time when I come back. Great value for money!

A bit loud outside at weekend nights because the street is the center for the city's nightlife - so you should either not open windows at night or go out with the rest of the people. However, we were asked if we want a room facing the backyard - so this shouldn't be a problem.
