Apartment K  

Pulito, comodissimo alla via centrale dowtown, molto accogliente ed incredibilmente economico. Da prenotare subito, prima che I prezzi aumentino!

C'era un cantiere edile che dalle 8:30 in poi faceva un po' di rumore, ma niente di insopportabile.

L'appartamento con il pavimento verde, uno dei due, quello sottotetto, in cui abbiamo soggiornato era davvero grazioso. Design, pulizia impeccabile. Visto la collocazione, della camera da letto nel sotto tetto, la consiglierei solo a coppie giovani e senza figli. Gli altri appartamenti k danno sicuramente scelta, a seconda di quanto numeroso sia il gruppo.

Apartment k è di fatto un insieme di appartamenti di stessa proprietà distribuiti in pieno centro Reykjavik.se non diversamente richiesto e salvo disponibilità di una struttura piuttosto che di un altra, si viene sistemati a discrezione della gestione. Su booking.com compaiono solo foto degli appartamenti con pavimento verde, di design, motivo per cui li abbiamo scelti, ma fino all'ultimo non sapevamo quale appartamento ci avrebbero dato. Suggerirei di inserire immagini di tutti gli appartamenti o di poter scegliere alla prenotazione quale struttura avere.

In generale in Islanda gli alloggi costano di più e offrono meno rispetto agli standard italiani o europei. Appartamenti k sono una vera eccezzione a questa regola. L'appartamento è pulito, molto accessoriato, ultra tecnologico e con una tendenza al design veramente notevole. Ottima la posizione, veramente strategica per la visita della città, l'appartamento è situato lungo la strada del centro, ma è facile arrivarci, ed il parcheggio è gratuito dopo le 6 di pomeriggio (un bel segno di civiltà). La proprietaria è una ragazza efficente, gentile e carina. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Wi-fi nell'appartamento. Veramente molto molto bello. Una tappa obbligata per visitare la città in Iceland, accommodation cost more and offer less than the Italian or European standards. K Apartments are a real exception to this rule. The apartment is clean, very equipped, ultra- technology and with a tendency to design truly remarkable. Excellent location, very strategic for visiting the city, the apartment is located across the street in the center, but it is easy to get there, and parking is free after 6 pm (a good sign of civilization). The owner is a girl efficient, polite and pretty. Value for money unbeatable. Wi-fi in the apartment. Really very nice. A must to visit the city

Far funzionare la lavastoviglie sarebbe perfetto to run the dishwasher would be perfect

E' la seconda volta che soggiorno in questa struttura. Mi è stato dato un appartamento di categoria (molto!) superiore allo stesso prezzo. Non mancava davvero nulla e tutti gli arredi erano veramente belli (design nordico). Avendo sperimentato altre soluzioni in città, trovo che Apartment K sia la scelta migliore al momento.

The staff at Apt. K were wonderful. We arrived early in the morning, and while we were not able to check in we were able to leave our bags in a safe location. While we were on a whale watching excursion our bags were transported to the unit we were staying at. It was in an excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, shops, the bus station and the wharf. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We really enjoyed the few days in Iceland and would definitely return and stay at Apartment K.

Too much design, too few comfort.

No towels, no washmachine, even no extra toilet paper. Problems with light — part of them didn't work.

A good location as you stepped out onto the a main street it was also a short walk to the harbour. It was easy to arrange trips to the main tourist sites inland.The apartment had all we needed in facilities and equipment with a good modern clean feel.

It is worth mentioning that Saturday nights can be noisy as there is a club opposite that did not stop until about 06:00 in the morning the rest of the week was fine . Also the bathroom is within the bed room and has a clear glass panel so you would need to know the person you are staying with.

It was a great stay. Apartament k is excelent!! A lot of facilities, new fornitures, in the centre of the city, very confortable bed, etc....

The furnishings in the 2 bedroom apartment are really terrific and interesting. It is modern Icelandic design, bright colors and wild fabrics. The beds were very comfortable and the location cannot be beat.

This is everywhere in Iceland, but the water smells like rotten eggs due to the geothermal method of heating. But even the cold water tasted terrible in the apartment. And there was a problem with the shower overflowing into the bathroom and then out into the main living area. The building manager got us fresh towels and apologized for the inconvenience.

Wonderful modern space that I loved. Couldn't be a more central location. Great facilities.

Excellent facilities but could have done with some instructions - minor issue as we worked it out!

The location was 1/2 block off the main shopping street and just next to a tourist information office. The apartment was spotless and had a refrigerator and dishes and I bought cereal and milk from the 24 hour food store one block away and we had our breakfast there. There is also a range and pots and pans if you should want to cook. We were a five minute walk from the old harbor and surrounded by various restaurants. Don't forget to visit the bakery on the main shopping street for great homemade bread and pastries that I brought back to the apartment for breakfast every day. Great free WiFi connection, flat screen television and sofa. It was really nice after doing a lot of walking and sightseeing during the day to just come back to our apartment and rest for a little bit. We will definitely stay here again and also recommend it to our friends.

Very convinient, clean, well designed, comfortable, pleasent stuff! In the midlle of Reykjavik( everything's around the corner).Sincere recomendations to everybody!

wonderfull facility wich has everything you could possibly want excellent =) beautiful shower and bathroom livingroom with tv and a nice sofa, old woodenfloor and also a small balcony with and a nice big bedroom. I recomend this hotell to everyone it is worth it. The reception behind the hotell at another adress is also very helpfull regarding questions and so on , overall a 10/10
