The apartment was in a great location. The bed was fantastic and the underfloor heating was handy for an Icelandic winter! The free internet was great and the free movies pre-loaded onto the mac mini computer were appreciated. The fit out was also very modern and clean. There were some issues which we brought to the attention of the staff member. She left saying she'd be right back to fix them. We never saw her again! On our arrival the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the store room was full of dirty towels and we were never given a key to the elevator so we could only use the stairs. The coffee machine didn't work, nor did the kettle. |

Welcoming host, good accommodation - interesting and quirky decor. Really convenient for centre of Reykjavik. The comfortable accommodation really added to our trip. Disappointed that hot tub not available for use, but host did everything they could to get it back in action - it didn't ruin our experience in any way. |

Near enough everything! I wasn't happy about that fact that it stated that it had a Mac Mini and wireless internet access. They should have stated that the Mac Mini was unable to use the internet and that you would have to take your own laptop to access the internet. |

Modern, sleek and stylish accommodation, with all the conveniences you could possibly need. Excellent communication and support from the owners, who were very helpful and welcoming. They now have a number of apartments in downtown Reykjavik, so be sure to ask them for the exact address of the one you'll be staying in, if you need to arrange taxis etc. |

The apartment had great style and function, and was ideally located for exploring downtown Reykjavik on foot. Finding parking was occasionally tricky. |

the ability to make it a two bedroom place. the privacy of an apartment, the location. the building was beautiful. some of the furniture is not practical or comfortable. the medicine cabinet in the bathroom makes it impossible to lean into the sink. |
