Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good location near to centre and lovely and quiet at night. Lovely breakfast.

Basic but adequate. Convenient or city. Helpful desk staff. Comfortable bed.

The sheets were stretchy and rather old.

A nice hotel with the facilities you need, good beds, good bathroom and good breakfast. No big lounge, no restaurant. Good location, nice view from the window, close to restaurants, shopping and attractions.

We liked the fact we had a room with a sea view, staff were helpful, room was very spacious and we loved the fact there was also a little kitchenette area.

Would have liked access to free wifi but they did make up for it by having access to a communal computer in the Reception area.

The shuttle bus from Reykjavik Excursions stopped at the hotel so it was easy to get to Blue Lagoon and the airport. Also, great buffet breakfast.

I didn't like that this was the only place in Iceland that charged to use the wireless.

It is only a couple blocks from the harbor walkway and then only a couple blocks in the other direction from the main street with all the great shops, cafes, and restaurants. Excellent location!

The doors all slam shut, which could make it hard to sleep some nights.

The room was comfortable and spacious with a lovely view of the bay. The large bathroom was especially nice after a couple of stays in hotels with showers that seemed to be the size of phone booths. The hotel was also within easy walking distance of the main shopping and entertainment district. The staff were very helpful in suggesting and booking tours.

The breakfast buffet, while full of good choices, was chaotic. It was set up in a space that was too small, so that it was never clear where one should line up for what. The entire side room should have been given over to laying out the buffet instead of using part of it for seating. And yet, there didn't seem to be quite enough seating.

front desk staff was very helpful. good location (quiet, 1 block from ocean, walking distance to shops and downtown interests.)

Housekeeping does not do dishes (there's a letter in the room stating this) which may have been in writing when we booked but we did not see so it surprised us. Daily housekeeping is very minimal (new towels and fold the duvets.) Only 1 computer in lobby in a congested area (sometimes a wait.)

Nothing. I was disappointed. I have been in many hotels in the world: first time I go to a hotel that I see a big broom in the shower. I thought it was left behind by the staff. After my shower I understood it was to sweep the water into the hole. I had to do it because the toilets were inundated with the shower water and my shoes would get wet when I used the toilets.. I was disgusted after every shower, i could not do anything as i had already paid for the 3 days i booked.

Nice, quiet, convenient location, just minutes from centre.

The fact that sevice of the oom was intemittent and that seveal imes, no towels or the wrong-sized towels wee elft in the bathoom. Requirng u to make effots to get towels.
