llit i coixins. Wifi de pagament. Poc comfortable
The room was very small, almost like a cabin on a boat. But it had tv, shower and toilet. And it was cheap.
It was a bit annoying, that the window was to the corridore, so people walked right behind our heads. I expected more from the breakfast. It was just bread, orange and yoghurt and ofcourse juice, coffee and tea.
Great free cold breakfast buffet.
Room with window in hallway meant extra noise, no view and was claustrophobic.
All important places at walking distance, good connections by bus, good pick-up/drop-off arrangements to tours
Small room, no hair dryer
The hotel is facing the seafront (one street away). My room has a stunning sea view, I don't mind it is basic and compact. Half hour walk to the city centre. The breakfast is continental buffet with fruits. Staff are efficient and helpful.
The room door was doing my headache. After inserting the key card, you have to turn the knob which is made of stainless steel and in round shape (slippery). Every time I struggled to turn the knob (have no arthritis). Stupid design.
Clean room Great bathroom Staff did a decent job coping with a number of issues
Busload of noisy school girls made a lot of noise Fire alarm went off 3 times Power went out on my floor
We booked our room in Januar 14 to make sure, we get a room. The room was without a window and terrible furnished. We were told that they were booked out. Big surprise. we can not suggest this hotel
All rooms should have a window
Professional staff Decent modern room Excellent shower Very good breakfast buffet
It's a large hotel so you should expect there to be coach parties staying, including school groups.
Standart Hotel- nothing special. Breakfast, room are ok, nothing special as well. Parking free of charge and good availability. Sameday booking for 74EUR for a 3bed room.
WIFI costs 13 EUR per day. Location a bit remote from city center.
Good location, breakfast ok, acceptable value for the money since most other hotels are quite expensive there
Rooms without windows, bunk beds, very small rooms
third return to the hotel. Close to city center, walking distance to the swimming pool. airport and tour pick up point.
dinner, for you pay . Only one hot dish.
I informed the reception that I could not lock my room door from the outside and was promised that someone would come and fix it in a few minutes...they NEVER came. I also paid extra for internet connection...that also did not work at all.
Price, free parking, close to town centre. Nice view. Very clean rooms.
fee for Internet..
You get what you pay for. Rooms small but clean. Walking distance to harbour & central Reykjavik.
No tea & coffee facilities in room. Room was small so OK for a couple of nights but would not want to stay longer.
What a great view! Location is less than a block from the waterfront and across the street from a bus stop on an arterial route (making it very easy to get around). Continental breakfast was perfect, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, rooms were clean and cozy.
Although rooms are small by American standards, they were nothing unexpected or abnormal for a European hotel. Location is about a mile outside city center but we found the walk very manageable (and city buses are an easy alternative during inclement weather). I do wish they had an improved confirmation process after booking.
some of the room toilets have severely drainage problem. staff solved the problem good.
Clean. Subway takeout just over the road. Comfortable beds.
Staff did not care and are quite unfriendly. Wifi was very expensive. Very basic rooms.
very clean, comfy beds, great shower. good location food quite good plenty of it. staff very helpful especially the lady in the little shop
no tea making fascilities, took our own. my partner would have liked breakfast. Rooms a bit on the small side, we had a deluxe the standard were very small
Mostly OK, pretty basic but does the job.
Could to with a kettle. A better choice of a hot course for evening meal.
Bed was comfy, breakfast was fine, no noise from the room (apart from the fridge which we switched off) good value for money
sometimes the breakfast room got so packed that it was a struggle to find a table, the rooms are very tiny
Breakfast was good value.
The room had no windows and was very small.
No frills hotel, reasonably priced, good buffet breakfast, friendly staff.
windowless room, unreliable wifi (which incurs an additional fee),cleanliness was adequate but could improve.
Reception staff were excellent
No heating very cold rooms rooms very small ..
Bathroom too small
