При размещении всех детей младше 1 года на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 1 года на детских кроватях взимается EUR 49,00 с человека за ночь.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 49,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных кроватей в номере - 2.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Депозит
Взимается полная стоимость заказа в день бронирования и подлежит возмещению.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных не допускается.

how near it was to the city center. within walking distance of everything and conviniently situated. wasnt clear about how to gain access into apparment upon arrival as there is no reception at the hotel. also not easy to find when you first get there. |

The apartments are so well located - short walks to stores, restaurants and museums. It was really simple to check in and check out. The apartment was a nice trouble-free backdrop to a nice visit in Reykjavik and it was so convenient to have a little kitchen. |

The manager and staff could not have been more helpful. From the moment I booked they provided me with a lot of very valuable information. When I arrived they looked after me so well that I can only be very grateful. I thought the floors could use a mop but otherwise for the price it was fantastic. |

The apartment is located in the best place of Reykjavik, just in the city center, at 2min walking from the main square, tourist information, harbour, shops or bars. It has a double bed, with tv-satelite and DVD, a kitchen with fridge and all facilities, and a bathroom ensuite. The relation with the owners is excelent, and they try to help you for everything. Hot water and warm temperature everytime. Room service included (everyday). Good fourniture and clean. But overall, right in the center of the city, cheaper than the nearest hotels. |

Close to the city Centre. Staff helped with problem (parking ticket). Very clean and kitchen is well equipped. Supply a Teflon frying pan! |

The apartments are very conveniently located close to the City Center, but are at the same time very quiet. Even though we arrived very late (1 am) there was no waiting around to get it. the queensize bed is not ideal for two adults (a bit too small to sleep comfortably), hotel charged the full price to my credit card 4 months before I even got there. It is kind of strange to have no contact to the "Hotel" team other than over speaker or mail. |

Clean, good location, literally 5 minutes walk from the bars and nightclubs. I did not encounter any staff but that wasn't a problem, my keys and instructions were waiting for me as promised. |

The bathroom was way too small, the toilet was right in the doorway and the shower was so small it was almost impossible to wash yourself. The shower had a curtain all the way round and it blew in on you while you were trying to wash. Also, there was a hair dryer in the bathroom but no power point. There was another mirror in the hallway but no power point there either. My partner had to do her hair in the kitchen with no mirror or open the unit door and plug the dryer in the passage way so she could see herself in the hall mirror...very annoying!!! I hope all the other units don't have this problem. |

It was lovely, spacious and tastefully decorated. The art work was fabulous. The kitchen was well eqiupped, and there was plenty of storage space. The staff were friendly and courteous. Reykjavik downtown is just a few minutes walk, but it is very quiet and restful. We loved living here. The bathroom could be upgraded a bit,especially at this price point. |

The compact self-catering apartment was fully equipped with all necessary for a short break. Although we met no staff, the room was serviced each day - and even the dishes were washed. We were very comfortable in our Reykjavik home from home. |
